Important Seasonal Notes

Mid Lake Pool & Hot Tub (behind condo): Free with rental Memorial Day–Labor Day only. Closed after Labor Day until Memorial Day 2026.

Boulder Lake Club: Private lake access facility available for an additional fee. All lake access (including near the condo shoreline) requires Club admission. 4 free passes per reservation for summer 2026 courtesy of owners!

Lake Club Summer Hours (through Labor Day):
• Sunday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Monday–Saturday (August): 10 a.m.–7 p.m.

After Labor Day: Weekends only, 10 a.m.–4 p.m., through Sept 15 (final day of the season).

Lake Club Guest Fees: $25/person/day or $125 for a 4-pack (4 people, 4 days). Children under 2 free. Boat, kayak, and storage fees are additional. 4 free passes per reservation courtesy of owners!

On-Site Amenities

Gated Entry: Smartphone required to scan QR code for access.

EV Charging: Level 2 chargers available in parking lot. Guests must use their own credit/debit card; charging not included.

Fireplace: Available during heating season only.

Security: Exterior hallway camera by front door (no interior cameras).

Family-oriented community with quiet hours after 11 p.m.

No pets, fireworks, glass at pools, charcoal grills (propane only), or smoking indoors.

Maximum 2 parking spaces.

Pool/hot tub use only during posted hours when attendant is on duty; availability depends on weather and condo association.

No swimming, fishing, or boating in the lake except through Boulder Lake Club with paid access.

Check-in: 3 p.m. | Check-out: 10 a.m. (early/late requests subject to approval and fees)

Primary guest must be 21+; minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian unless otherwise agreed in writing.
