Welcome to The Great Escape at 15 Estates, a warm and inviting Pocono lodge-style retreat tucked among the trees in Lake Harmony Estates.

With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and room for 12 guests, The Great Escape is designed for two families or one large family to enjoy together. The home combines the rustic character you'd want in a mountain getaway—wood ceilings, fireplaces, a wooded setting and cozy lodge touches—with a beautifully renovated kitchen, comfortable furnishings and plenty of modern conveniences.

Spend summer days at the lake, winter weekends skiing nearby Jack Frost and Big Boulder, and evenings playing games, gathering by the fireplace or making s'mores around the outdoor fire pit.

A GREAT ROOM MADE FOR GATHERING

The heart of The Great Escape is the large lodge-style great room, with soaring vaulted wood ceilings and a warm, relaxed mountain feel.

There's plenty of room for all 12 guests to spend time together, with an oversized sectional, fireplace, bar, TV and large dining/game table with seating for 10.

Settle in by the fire after skiing, watch a movie with the kids, play cards or board games around the table, or grab a drink at the bar after a day on the lake.

The layout works especially well for two families, giving adults comfortable private bedrooms and kids spaces of their own.

Additional Sleeping Area — Full Futon in the upstairs hall/loft area

The home has 2 full bathrooms plus a half bath, including the private primary-suite bathroom.

RENOVATED & FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN

The kitchen has been completely updated while keeping the warm character of the house.

You'll find Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, sage-green and warm-white cabinetry, full-size appliances, a dishwasher, and a dedicated butcher-block coffee bar. Room for 3 at the kitchen peninsula breakfast bar.

It's fully stocked with new dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, utensils and the essentials you need to prepare and serve meals for the family.

Just beyond the kitchen, the great-room table seats 10 for family dinners, breakfasts and game nights.

GAME ROOM

When the weather doesn't cooperate—or the kids just want a space of their own—head downstairs.

The casual lower-level game room includes:

The basement is unfinished and intentionally casual rather than another polished living space. It's a great place for kids and adults to play, compete and make a little noise.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS + 2 KAYAKS & 4 FULL-SIZE and 1 kids Size PADDLEBOARDS

Guests have access to the private Lake Harmony Estates beach, with beach passes provided during your stay.

Spend summer days swimming, relaxing on the beach, fishing or exploring the lake.

Kayaks and paddleboards are provided for guest use, along with life jackets, so your family can get out on the water without bringing your own equipment.

Community and seasonal rules apply to beach, lake and watercraft use.

OUTDOOR LIVING IN THE WOODS

The Great Escape is surrounded by mature trees, giving the property the wooded Pocono setting that makes a mountain getaway feel like a real escape.

The back deck has an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating overlooking the fire pit below—a great spot for morning coffee, family meals or an evening drink.

Winter means skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing at nearby Jack Frost and Big Boulder, then coming home to a warm lodge, fireplace and game room.

Spring is perfect for hiking, fishing, golf and quieter weekends in the mountains.

The Great Escape is also convenient to Hickory Run State Park and Boulder Field, Pocono Raceway, Split Rock Resort, golf courses, hiking and biking trails, restaurants and other Pocono attractions.
