The whole home is yours: four bedrooms plus an open loft, two living rooms, a full kitchen and a big backyard, half a mile from Big Foot Beach State Park and about 5 minutes from downtown Lake Geneva.

WORTH KNOWING

This home is not lakefront. There is no private lake frontage, pier or boat slip. Geneva Lake is a short drive away at Big Foot Beach or the public beach downtown. Guest Access:

The whole home is yours: every bedroom, both living rooms, the kitchen, the deck, the backyard and the driveway. Nothing is shared and no host is on site. You let yourself in with a smart lock, and check-in details arrive before your stay. Park in the driveway only; street parking is not permitted here. One bedroom is on the main floor; the other three and the loft are upstairs.



The Neighborhood:

Big Foot Beach State Park is about half a mile away, with picnic areas and lakeside trails that are at their best in fall. The house sits on a quiet, tree-lined residential street inside the Lake Geneva city limits: sidewalks, single-family homes and neighbors who like it peaceful.

• Downtown Lake Geneva and the Riviera, for restaurants, shops and the Shore Path: about 5 minutes by car

• Geneva Lake Cruise Line and Mailboat dock: about 5 minutes

• Grand Geneva Resort and its two golf courses: about 7 minutes

• Geneva National, three courses: about 10 minutes

This home is not lakefront; the lake is a short drive away.



Getting Around:

You will want a car. The driveway holds several vehicles, so the group can arrive together, and street parking is not permitted. Downtown Lake Geneva is about 5 minutes by car and Big Foot Beach State Park is about half a mile away. Once you park downtown, the Riviera, the public beach, the boat docks, the Shore Path and the shops are all within a few blocks of each other.



Other Things to Note:

• Two full baths and one half bath for up to 12 guests.

• Park in the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted.

• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM on a quiet residential street. The home has a noise monitor and exterior security cameras.

• Not lakefront: no pier or boat slip.

• The stone fireplace in the family room is decorative and not for guest use.

• The loft is open to the stairs, and three of the four bedrooms are upstairs.

• No pets, no smoking, no parties or events. Maximum 12 guests.

• Check-in is 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. The primary guest must be 25 or older.

• A separate rental agreement is required after booking. Message us to read it first.
