The Garden suite is on the ground floor and is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Cleanliness standards are a top priority;
After each guest stay all sheets, pillow cases, and blankets are replaced with freshly washed linens, and all linens are machine washed with bleach.
All surfaces are washed and wiped down with disinfectant.
All bathrooms are hand washed including showers, shower walls, shower floors, shower doors, mirrors, sinks, etc. Toilets are scrubbed and the base and toilet bowls are hand washed.

Excellent stay at this location. Prompt communications with Nicholas responding to my questions. Everything was as described in the listing. Everything in Lake Geneva that we wanted to see was in walking distance. Great Eggs, a very good breakfast & lunch cafe is basically right outside our door. Nice outside porch to sit on with a glass of wine to wrap up the evening.

The Ole Bistro Inn is full of charm! The area was quiet even though it is less than a block away from the Main St and just a couple of blocks from the Lake. The food at the Great Eggs cafe within the Inn was superb. We thorough enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Great stay!

We enjoyed everything about the Ole Bistro Inn and the Garden Suite. The location was perfect in downtown Lake Geneva. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The process of checking in and checking out was very easy with Nicholas. He responded very quickly to my texts. We will stay again and possibly at one of the other 2 rooms in the Inn or one of his other rentals.

10 year anniversary

Great stay! The plus... communication, shower with mutiple jets, and Loaction (we could walk everywhere)!!! The downside... there is a restaurant attached to the building and people are constantly walking by you window, and parking is very limited! Over all my wife and I loved how close it was to everything! Parked on Friday and didnt have to move the vehicle till we left....

Embrace the Theme!

This room, in a stately building less than a block from Downtown Lake Geneva and Geneva Lake is decorated like an 1900's New Orleans Hotel room, but with an updated kitchen. The room is fun, embrace it! The host was there every step of the way, even contacting us when my husband and I arrived late on our first day. The location to the Lake, shopping and restaurants cannot be beat. Parking is in back, and if you have a choice of cars, we suggest you bring the smaller car as parking can be tight. Your spot is reserved, so you will have a parking spot, but as with all older towns, cars are much bigger than they used to be. That did not hamper the fun we had during our stay and being able to bring our purchases back to the room, then go eat, then shop some more, without having to move our vehicle. Very Nice!!

The Garden Suite that we stayed in was clean, easy to get to and very nice. The shower is amazing, the bed is comfortable and right across the hall is a little cafe that has breakfast wraps and coffee. One we arrived, we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Restaurants, shopping and attractions are all in walking distance. Absolutely wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

We loved our stay at the Garden Suite! The suite was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location couldn't be beat! Seriously, I think it's the best location in town! You walk out the door and you're in the heart of it all....shops, restaurants, and a half block to Lake Geneva and the fabulous walking path around the Lake. Nicholas responded quickly to any concerns or questions I had. And, there is a little breakfast place across the hallway from this suite. We would grab a quick breakfast and sit on the front porch enjoying our coffee and watching the people walk by. I definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting things at their fingertips in beautiful Lake Geneva! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Great location to walk to everything. Like other reviews, the lighting is pretty poor and could use an upgrade on lamps if you can’t install better overhead lighting. We didn’t stay much in the room but because of the location to a business and busy street, shades had to be kept down most of the time. Overall, well taken care of place.

Great weekend getaway

Our stay was very enjoyable. The property was close to everything we wanted to do. The property was very clean and the cafe next door was lovely. The only thing I wish I knew about ahead of time was that the parking was not fit for trucks. We have a truck and had to change vehicles to drive up when we found out no trucks can park there when we received the check in instructions.
