Enjoy this Beautiful Rustic Farmhouse in the heart of Downtown Lake Geneva. Close to everything Lake Geneva has to offer, 3 blocks from the DT restaurants and bars, and only 3 blocks from the lake. This 3,100 square foot house has a huge gourmet kitchen, inviting cocktail room, cozy family room with wood burning fireplace, and 4 unique charming bedrooms with 2 of them being, en-suite(full bathrooms). Outside offers a beautifully spacious front porch with couches, lights, candles, and a TV. The backyard offers a deck with chairs, a couch, 3 tables, a sprawling space, and a magical treehouse!

This home was perfect for our family of 7 with a toddler. It was clean and had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. The treehouse in the backyard was a great bonus. It was within walking distance of so many things and a short drive to the other side of the lake. The host was the best, being so attentive to all questions starting from the time I booked the house to our checking day.

We loved the Charm & Chic location in downtown Geneva. It's a beautiful, spacious home. Great location and within walking distance to everything. Our host was amazing! Very helpful and quick response times with any questions.

So Spacious

Plenty of room for more people than were in our party! So enjoyed the front porch every evening. The weather was perfect but even if it wasn't - the porch was so charming with plenty of seating, it would be great in a rain storm too. The large kitchen table was great for games night. The house is really clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Love the Porch

My friend and I were celebrating our 75th birthdays together with our husbands. The location of the house was great, the kitchen amazing, but our favorite “room” was the front porch. We spent hours there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location! Location! Location!

Stayed here for a girls weekend at the end of July and the property was perfectly situated. Close enough to downtown to walk to the beach, boats, shops, and restaurants but far enough to be quiet and serene. We enjoyed our time on the porch with coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. The house fit us all comfortably and we loved playing the games left in the office. Stephanie is amazing at communicating and answering any last minute questions. We will be back for sure!!

The Perfect Evening Getaway

I planned a day/evening get-away for my daughters’ birthday celebration with their closest friends and the moms. We had perfect warm fall weather to enjoy on the porch for some relaxation and fun! The house was immaculate with all the amenities (even though we didn’t need much for just the one night) and accommodated 6 teen girls and 4 moms perfectly. The only negative I would say was there was a funky smell in the house (from a fish fry the night before?) that was a little bit of a put off) but otherwise decorated beautifully and location was easily accessible to downtown. Thanks for accommodating more fun memories!

Fantastic Home with a great location!

This home is a wonderful place to stay if you're visiting Lake Geneva. It is welcoming and well appointed. Our group of 9 women had plenty of space to gather and enjoy each other's company. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen/eating area and the front porch. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and activities. Stephanie is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you Stephanie for sharing your home with us. Our group is already talking about returning next year!

Gorgeous Home! Fantastic Location

This property was beautiful, spotless and in a perfect location to walk to all Lake Geneva has to offer! The kitchen is amazing and a great spot to land at the end of the day for group conversation and wonderful breakfast hangout. Great sized bedrooms and perfect bathrooms. Front porch was cozy with a sectional and also a favorite spot! Listing had us believing there were more beds available, but they were air mattresses. Owner has since updated the listing and was extremely kind, responsive and an ideal host. Contacted us immediately when they found some things left behind and we were able to get them right away. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home, be fully informed of the bed situation to meet your needs. Thanks again to Stephanie for making our stay amazing!

Perfect for a 65th Birthday Celebration

The house is as described and they provide anything you could possibly want. From cooking utensils to the comfortable beds. Given the warm weather we were able to enjoy the front porch as well as the back deck. The location was perfect as you can walk to restaurants and downtown shopping. A perfect 4 days to celebrate our friends 65th birthday!

What a Gem!

The house was every bit as lovely as pictured! We had a great, low-key trip with eight people and were so happy with the location and all the great spaces in this house to gather and enjoy each others’ company. I will say it was such a treat to have a beautiful kitchen with top notch appliances. The host was very responsive, house instructions were clear, and there were no issues with our stay. Great location

This was an absolutely wonderful location for our trip to Lake Geneva. The host provided several suggestions for local places that we tried and were very pleased with. Our only concern has to do with the seating options at the house. We were disappointed that the front porch furniture was not out, as pictured in the photos - especially because there were so few practical and/or comfortable seating options in the house. The couch in the TV room was so low that anyone with even the slightest mobility issue had difficulty getting on and off of it. The chairs and stools in the kitchen were uncomfortable for anyone with mobility issues or who has a larger body, as were the three chairs in the middle living space. The only seating that was practical for those folks in my group was the couch in the middle living space - removed from the main gathering areas in the home. It was unfortunate that we couldn’t have a meal together in the home where everyone was comfortable sitting in the same room.

Great Geneva Getaway

This house is not small but feels very cozy & warm, it was inviting from the moment we stepped inside. It was a great place to hang with another family for a couple of nights and the location was wonderful - we look forward to visiting/staying here again during the summer vs. winter to see all that DT Lake Geneva has to offer.

Great house, plenty of room, great location

The house was great for me, my two kids, snd my two grandchildren. My mom joined for a night as well. The house was roomy with a huge, well stocked kitchen and a fantastic stove for cooking. The bedrooms were as described and having 3.5 bathrooms was great. The property owner is responsive and helpful.
