« Overall we were happy with our stay. Beginning started out a little annoying. Check in was easy but wasnt communicated until a half hour after we were able to be there and had to call for the code. Walking in, the floor didnt look vacuumed and beds looked unmade/slept in. We spent the first hour remaking beds (clean sheets were in the dryer), vacuuming (we have a crawler who puts everything in her mouth), and getting rid of all the daddy long legs that were posted up towards the ceiling....

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a mini-adventure planned around the Solar Eclipse! The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and set out some much appreciated goodies for our arrival. House was the perfect amount of space for us, and all the furniture was comfortable (beds, couch, dining table). Loved having the washer and dryer and definitely used it. The beach is a quick leisurely walk and we found many neat stones and even some souvenir driftwood (score!). Also the drive to Buffalo was...

« We enjoyed the house very much. Everything was perfectly organized and well maintained. The bedrooms were cozy as well as the living area. Very close to many attractions if you enjoy hiking biking and water sports. Grocery shopping was very close. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Our only recommendation would be to have full propane available for an extra charge. Otherwise it was perfect!!! »

The yard was great for the kids and the adults had a nice retreat if not wanting to go to the beach. Beach is a few minutes walk if that. Definitely would love to come back and stay again. »

« This house was the perfect place to see the 2024 eclipse. We got to see it from over the lake. I’d highly recommend this house, it’s a one minute walk to the beach. And the house was the perfect size for 4 adults or a small family. The Angola Ark also has the owners very near by and very responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! »

« My 82 year old cousin, and myself (age 80) stayed in this quite lovely apartment. Very comfy bed, adequate kitchen, clean, and most everything one would need. I would have wished to k ow that the unit was on the second floor as it was a bit difficult for us to carry out luggage up the 14 steps. Also, I would have like to have a tea kettle to boil water and some Kleenex. Other than that, would recommend for younger folks. »

« We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again. »

« Our family of 6 were in town for a kids sporting event and this space was perfect. The rooms are spacious with tons of storage. The vintage feel isn’t normally our style but we loved it and it was in great shape and so so clean. We got to see deer in the back yard and the neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you would need as far as shops food and grocery. Hosts made communication easy and I knew I could get ahold of them with a simple text message. »
