The original part of this house was built in 1876 or '77. In the mid-1990s there was a remodel that included adding a foundation and the master bed and bath at the back of the house.
There is a full-size bed in the back bedroom and two singles in the small bedroom right off the living room. There are two bathrooms, one off the kitchen and one off the larger bedroom.
The kitchen is spacious and stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, and plateware.
There are electric heaters in the living area and back bedroom, along with a large propane wall heater, baseboard heat in the bathrooms, and a wood stove. There are some random comforters and blankets in the closet of the large bedroom too.
There is a clothes washer and dryer, and a dishwasher.
Outside we have a front patio, a generous side yard, a back porch, and a small fenced garden.
