Perched on the shores of Paradise Bay - one of Lake Arrowhead`s most coveted coves - Rocky Point puts you in rare company. Most visitors never get this close to the water. You will. Your own private dock stretches out over the lake for swimming and fishing, two ALA passes open the door to exclusive trails, private parks, and water access, and a saltwater hot tub on the spa deck means the views are always within reach. This is a 3,700-square-foot mountain estate built for groups who want the full Lake Arrowhead experience without compromise.

We highly advise travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances, weather and travel delays. Contractually we must abide by our homeowners cancellation policies.

NOTE- During Winter Season, prior to your departure always go to Cal Trans to see what the roads and driving requirements are. During heavy snow we don`t have control over where the city plows snow and this could impact parking. We do have contracted snow plow for any snow sitting on the ground over 4`.

Outdoor living
Step outside and the property reveals itself across four separate decks, each with its own purpose. The spa deck - the largest of the four - anchors the lower level just off the game room, with the saltwater hot tub overlooking the lake, outdoor lounge seating, and heat lamps for comfort well into the evening. The main-level deck off the living area offers an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs with sweeping lake views. The kitchen deck puts a BBQ grill right at hand for outdoor cooking and easy flow between inside and out. A short walk down the lakeside trail brings you to your private dock, where a Blackstone griddle is set up and the water is yours - for swimming in the warmer months and fishing year-round.

Game room & bar
Few vacation rentals can match what`s waiting on the lower level. The dedicated game room and bar features a pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong, Giant Jenga, board games, and a 65` TV. The bar itself includes a beverage fridge, wine fridge, and wine rack. Three arcade machines round out the entertainment: Star Wars Pinball, Galaga, and a 2-player multi-arcade cabinet with 10,000+ classic games. The space opens directly onto the spa deck - so the party flows seamlessly inside and out.

Kitchen & dining
The eat-in kitchen is set up for serious group cooking. Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 5-burner gas range, and an oversized oven make it easy to go from casual morning coffee to a full group dinner without feeling cramped. The kitchen is fully stocked - cookware, serveware, wine glasses, a drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Lake views come with every meal, and the BBQ grill is steps away on the kitchen deck.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 across five bedrooms. The primary suite on the main level features a King Sleep Number® bed, a 55` TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a heated towel rack, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and lake views. Bedroom two on the main level has an Eastern King bed. Up on the third floor, bedroom three offers two twin beds and one queen bed plus a separate reading and lounging room - a great setup for kids or anyone who wants their own retreat. Bedroom four on the third floor has a queen bed with a mountain feel throughout. The fifth bedroom on the lower level has a king bed, a 55` TV, and beautiful lake views.

Living spaces
The main living room brings the group together around an oversized sofa, a heated massage chair, a wood-burning fireplace, and a 75` Smart TV. It also holds the best view in the house. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi and smart TVs are available throughout the home, along with a dedicated workspace with a monitor, ergonomic chair, laptop stand, and surge protector for anyone who needs to stay connected.

Home details
The property runs on a backup generator - no power interruptions, regardless of mountain weather. Free driveway parking accommodates up to three vehicles. The home uses a secure keypad entry system with a unique code issued per reservation. A washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron are in-unit, along with a pack `n play/travel crib available on-site. Starter supplies are included: paper goods, soaps, laundry pods, dryer sheets, and bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Location
Rocky Point sits less than a 4-minute drive from Arrowhead Village - or a 10-minute walk along the lake trail directly in front of the home. Lake Arrowhead Brewing Company is about 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. Blue Jay Village shopping and dining is just minutes away. SkyPark at Santa`s Village - with mountain biking, hiking, ziplining, and ice skating - is 9 minutes out. Snow Valley Mountain Resort is approximately 30 minutes for skiing and snowboarding, and Snow Summit Big Bear Mountain Resort is under an hour away.

Important Note About Exterior Steps
Please be aware that some outdoor steps around the property do not have railings, as the home is built into the natural mountainside terrain near Lake Arrowhead. This design blends with the environment but means there are areas with elevated steps and drops greater than 30 inches that aren’t protected by railings.
