The top-floor loft is a tranquil primary suite, featuring a luxurious KING bed, a private balcony, an en-suite bathroom, a smart TV, and a mini-split A/C and heating system for year-round comfort.

On the main floor, a cozy bedroom with two twin beds, a smart TV, and a full bathroom offers a perfect retreat for kids or extra guests. Prepare a wonderful meal in the fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, French-door fridge, and a handy milk frother. Vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the home with natural light and forest views. Slide open the glass doors in the living room and step out to the deck. Fire up the grill and dine alfresco at the two tables with seating for six total. Gather in the inviting great room, relax on the plush leather sectional, stream on the 61-inch smart TV, or warm up by the gas fireplace. A second living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and a dry bar.

Guests also enjoy private access to the beautiful hiking trails encircling Lake Arrowhead. For scenic views of the area, easy hiking at Tunnel 2 Trail is a 15-minute walk from your retreat. Tee off at Lake Arrowhead Country Club, just a short five-minute drive. In the winter months, drive 17 miles to hit the slopes at Snow Valley. Your retreat is minutes from a variety of shops and restaurants. Lake Arrowhead Village is four miles away, and Blue Jay Village is three miles away.

Guest must be added to the owners guest list to utilize the private trails.
Please note that an all-wheel-drive vehicle and snow chains are required to access this home in winter conditions.
The mini-split A/C and heating system is in the loft only—so the rest of the house relies on fresh mountain air.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
