Sleeping eight is easy here. A queen bedroom makes an easy retreat, while the open loft — with its own private bath and shower — holds two queen beds beneath the peaked ceiling. On the lower level, a second room with two more queens gives the rest of the crew their own space, and three full bathrooms mean no one's waiting in line after a day outside.

Out back, the deck is where mornings and starry nights happen. There's ample seating, a barbecue grill (cover, brush, and full tool set included) for sunset cookouts, and a fire pit for gathering once the temperature drops. Wrapped in towering trees, it's a private, quiet spot to take in the cool alpine air.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- One bedroom (primary bedroom/bathroom) is locked off and unavailable to guests.
- A 4WD or AWD vehicle and chains are recommended, especially during winter conditions. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and may require additional traction.
- The home does not equipped with AC.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
