Step through the main entry and the heart of the home opens up — a bright living room anchored by an indoor fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen (Keurig, blender, Brita pitcher, and everything you'd actually reach for), and a dining area made for long, unhurried meals. There's a reading nook for the quiet hour of the morning, a main-level bedroom with a full bath just off it, and a deck that leads straight to the Jacuzzi — the best seat in the house once the sun drops behind the ridgeline.

Upstairs, the king master has its own ensuite, and a second queen bedroom shares the floor with a full bath of its own. Downstairs, a den with a full-size sleeper sofa (plus a trifold mattress for a few extra) opens directly to the backyard fire pit and sitting area, with the washer and dryer tucked nearby. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- All-wheel-drive or 4x4 vehicle required during winter months — this is both a property nuance and a potential negative for guests.
- Wildlife in area includes bears, mountain lions, coyotes, snakes, raccoons, lizards, spiders, and flying insects/ants.
- Property is a multi-level home with stairs between levels.
- Please note that all persons, including infants, children, and visitors, count toward the home's total occupancy. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time.
- Use of outdoor activities is prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.
- No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
- Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
- 4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended in the winter months. Chains may be required to access the home.
- AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
