Location truly is everything, especially when traveling with little ones. Our home puts you within an easy walk of The Hideout's best amenities, including the main pool with a tiki bar, lake, art center, and ski hill.

No need to load everyone into the car for every activity — just grab the wagon and stroll over!


The space:

Property is located within a gated community.

All guests must be registered for gate access and use of the amenities. Primary renter must submit a quick registration form at least three days prior to arrival. You will receive the registration form from the rental manager. This is a community requirement, forms not submitted within the time frame will receive a late fee from the community. This is not within control of the owners or rental manager.

Minimum age for primary renter is 25. No groups or parties allowed.

All drivers stop at the Hideout Main gate to receive a gate pass. Drivers must provide a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration card for entry into the community. Check the dates on the registration card for your vehicle! This is a community requirement and they have a "no exceptions" policy. Homeowner and rental manager are not responsible and cannot assist if the security office does not allow access if you do not have these two required documents at check in. No refunds or discounts will be offered if access is denied.

The Hideout security office will provide you with the Guest Packet, including a large paper gate pass to be displayed on the car windshield. This is all you need to get in and out from the Main Gate or other gates within the community. (some are unmanned, cameras will read your tag on the front windshield to grant you access). Please leave this tag on your windshield throughout your stay.

25 MPH speed limit within community. No on street parking.

The Hideout community offers two outdoor heated swimming pools, Tiki bar, beach and lake access, basketball courts, pickleball court, 9-hole golf course, mini golf. Recreation building has a small arcade room, reading room, indoor tennis/pickleball court and a gym. We offer FREE access to the beach and pool! Most of the amenities require a small fee and amenity badge to be displayed at entrance. We have amenity badges in the house for guest usage. Three badges are specific for renters, we would suggest at least one of those badges are with you at every amenity, especially if planning on visiting the Clubhouse or Tiki Bar! Please leave these badges at the home upon checkout at these are for all guests at the property for the season. If badges are missing or lost, a $30 per badge replacement fee will be the responsibility of the primary renter.

PLEASE NOTE: Amenities can be closed at the discretion of The Hideout Association or due to weather. This is not within our control and we will not offer refunds or discounts for any closure of any amenity during reservation; including community owned lakes.

All garbage and food must be removed from the property. The community has a central location for trash that is accessible for all guests. Hours and location will be posted at the house. You must bring trash to this location, any trash or food left behind after check out may incur an additional fee to the primary renter. Starter pack of supplies included with the rental (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags) please be prepared for anything over the starter supply.

Please be respectful of the property and neighbors. The Community has its own Public Safety that will enforce speed limits, disturbances and any other violations to the rules. Check the website for more information about amenities, and rules and regulations. There will also be a manual at the house. Primary renter will be responsible for any charges for violations during your stay.

No Pets Allowed. No smoking or vaping inside home. Remove associated smoking debris from exterior.

Other things to note:

This home is located within a gated community. Registration is required no later than 3 days prior to arrival date. An email address must be provided after booking to Rental Manager so can send the registration form. Community will impose a $100.00 rush fee if this step is not completed in time. Primary renter must be over the age of 25. Family atmosphere in community. No groups or parties. All drivers must stop at the main gate for gate passes. All drivers must show a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration for entry into community. There are no exceptions. No discounts or refunds will be given if any guest is denied access to the community due to not having these forms upon arrival. This is a community requirement and not within control of the homeowner.

After registering and receiving vehicle pass, follow directions provided on the pass to the home or GPS address at that point. 25 MPH speed limit within community. No street parking allowed.

All garbage must be removed from the property at check out, including food and beverages in refrigerator. There is a local trash facility in the community - no door to door pick up. Please do not leave any garbage outside at any time as it will invite unwanted visitors. Please see documents at the house for location and hours. Starter supplies for paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, hand soap, garbage bags provided. Please plan for any additional needs accordingly.

Fireplace inside home is not for guest use. Please feel free to enjoy the outdoor fire pit!!

Community can close any amenity at their discretion, including lake usage. Homeowner is not responsible for this and will not offer discounts or refunds for any closure, including weather related closures.
