*Any stays over 29 days will require Tenant Lease Agreements to be signed & utilities placed under Guests stay during accommodation period
***12 amenity badges are provided at the property. Any lost badges will incur an added fee of $100 per badge. 7 of the 12 badges are labeled for alcohol purchase at the community***

- No Pets on furniture
- No more than 2 Pets allowed
- No leaving Pets alone for extended period of time
- Preapproval required on Pet

- Please note the renter packet will only be available at the main gate
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- There will be 13 amenity access badges in the rental packet. Additional amenity badges can be purchased for an additional non-refundable fee at the main gate on Tuesday-Saturday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Please note anyone over 7 years of age is required to display an Amenity Badge at all times when in common areas
- Amenity badges are required to access all amenities, including the clubhouse and bar

CLEANING FEE:
-Our cleaning fee includes a professional cleaner along with a portion going to the Community Fee for every Guest stay

BEACH TOWELS:
-Our team provides towels for the beach/ pool
HOUSE RULES:
- Smoking outside only & please clean up after yourself
- Shoes off, to keep the inside clean for you
- We love to host, but not for events, parties, or large gatherings
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact
- Please do not move the furniture around
-Please make sure to bring hammock in so it doesn’t get moldy
*Any stays over 29 days will require Tenant Lease Agreements to be signed & utilities placed under Guests stay during accommodation period

PET RULES:
- No Pets on furniture

- No leaving Pets alone for extended period of time

LEGAL:
In the event that the Guest fails to make full and timely payment for their stay, the Host shall have the right to recover any unpaid amounts through legal means, including the engagement of legal counsel. If the Host is successful in recovering the outstanding payments, the Guest shall be responsible for reimbursing the Owner for all reasonable attorneys` fees and legal costs incurred during the collection process.

TERMS OF SERVICE
-Trash left at the property to incur a $50 transportation fee
- Missing beach towels will incur a $100 fee/ towel
- A $100 fee will be applied for any unauthorized late check-outs passed check-out time
-We have great beach towels! If you like it so much that you want to take it with you, we will apply a $100 per towel charge
- In addition, a full night rate fee will be applied for any unauthorized late check-outs passed 2 hours from check-out time
-Any items damaged, will incur a replacement fee for new and exact item & disposing of existing item along with a 20% surcharge
-Any damage to the property, furnishings, valuables, or belongings caused by guests (or their invitees) to be fully reimbursed at the expense of Guest(s)
-Any income lost if the need to cancel confirmed bookings due to damage caused by a Guest(s) (or their invitees) to be fully reimbursed at the expense of Guest(s)
-Any additional Guest(s) over the requested amount to incur a $150/ night/ Guest(s) charge
-Tesla/ Electric car charging services to incur an additional $50 for up to 3 nights. All additional days to receive $25/ night charge
