The condo does not have air conditioning, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features majestic ocean views and access to the bedroom's lanai. It's the perfect place to enjoy a good book or relax after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a brand-new queen bed and the guest bathroom is in the hallway with a walk-in shower.

Scope of project: removal of planter boxes at the 21 and 22 stacks. What to expect: noise, dust and debris during the demolition portion. Solar Panel Removal and Upgrade. Project is scheduled to start on 9/14/26 and is estimated to take 2 ½ weeks to complete. Scope of work: removal and upgrade of solar panels on the roof. What to expect: a crane will be brought onsite to remove maters and equipment from the roofs. Parking may be affected by the crane work.
