The Kapalua Bay Villas are closest to Oneloa Beach offering spacious one and two-bedroom oceanfront and ocean view villas with well-appointed kitchens, laundry and central air conditioning. One of the largest villa floor plans with lanais and open space galore, 34G2 offers its guest 220 degrees of ocean and Molokai views as well as white water views of Oneloa Bay. Light and airy with thoughtful and unique accessories complement the overall design.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Gorgeous views!

We loved this property! Great location - quick and easy walk or drive to many great beaches. Boogie boarding was fun every night at Oneloa Beach, which is about a 5 minute walk/hike. Views were spectacular!! We debated a lower level vs upper level unit and are happy we chose lower. It was great to be able to walk outside and enjoy the patio. If we listened very closely, we could barely hear the people above us, definitely not an issue. We did not have any issues with bugs, and while we saw people walking by sometimes, it was never a bother. Highly recommend!

The views were breathtaking the moment you walk in the door. Checkin and responses to questions were very prompt and accommodating. The location was perfect and we enjoyed walking the trails right outside the back door. Beds and furniture were all comfortable. Would definitely stay again and hope to do so.

Amazing oceanfront views, right on coastal trail

We enjoyed an amazing week in June 2023, with lots of sunsets, hiking, swimming, shopping and zip lines. The front desk quickly answered our questions and addressed one very minor issue. This location is more north facing, and it was quite windy while we stayed there. This is a great location for walking the trails, and avoiding crowded resorts. The complex is very quiet, and we enjoyed BBQ'ing at the nice facilities near the pool.

An OK property with a killer view

Beautiful location but property out-dated, ant problem, didn’t like the condo layout - too few windows / doors to the ocean - and couldn’t control the AC. Thought it was over-priced.

Pros: View Comfortable Cons: Mgmt Co (read below) Very windy Very dated, needs upkeep/updates Large cracks along the walls & ceilings Severe leaks when using washing machine Ants everywhere, including on furniture The real downfall is the mgmt, Aloha Vacation Villas. While here on vacation with my brother, his son, my nephew, was tragically killed back home unexpectedly. My brother took the first flight back. Because my husband and I were traveling with small kids, we didn’t leave Maui immediately but stayed and handled some logistics for my brother, including gathering the possessions he left behind in his villa, and checking him out since he left in a haste at 12am. I explained to mgmt what happened. I even sent them the news article detailing the horrific event, and they refused to refund my brother for the few days he couldn’t stay. They were so calloused and only cared about the money, even though with all the price gauging occurring this summer, they were clearly making out like fat cats. We had several excursions and events scheduled that week that had “no refund” policies, but every singe place graciously issued refunds w/o issue once they heard the story. But not Aloha Vacation Rentals.

Location is everything.

This is probably the prime unit in the whole condo complex, in terms of location - in spite of the fact that you’re kind of staying in a fishbowl, with all the coast hikers walking right outside the windows. Overall the unit is lovely and well furnished, but I gave a lower rating because a couple things were not as represented in the listing photos. The outdoor furnishings were basically nonexistent- just two rickety chairs. At these rates, you’d expect at least a couple of chaise lounges so you could relax outside. The kitchen photos also showed a Keurig coffee maker, so we came loaded with pods, only to find an old fashioned drip machine. Otherwise the kitchen was decently supplied- but if you enjoy cooking, pack your own knives - they were incredibly dull. And the cooktop has no hood, light or any kind of vent - very odd. At one point the WiFi went out, and we could not get it rebooted. The management company did send someone out pretty promptly and got it going again, but the reset information is NOT what is in the welcome booklet. We enjoyed our stay overall, and would definitely re-book this unit; we’ll just adjust our expectations a little.

This is a five star unit. The location, views, booking process and overall condition of the apartment make it such. Other hotels close-by we checked were charging nearly double the price for a unit half the size so the value is definitely there, granted you are getting certain amenities that you aren't with a rental. Some people before had noted concerns with the cleanliness. Unless the conditions were substantially different than ours, my spouse and I noted nothing of concern. Also the kitchen appliances while not new, were perfectly fine and cooking was super easy, especially with all the stuff the kitchen came with. A few things as suggestions for improvement. - As another reviewer noted, the blinds aren't 100% effective so the unit may not feel as private as you might desire. - Warm water did not last long in the shower, noted this on several days, some days as little as 10 minutes. These aren't deal breakers but are still items as suggestions to improve. Overall if you are looking for a unit with a killer view in west Maui for a reasonable price, you're gonna be hard to find a value than this unit. My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this rental for a week.

Awesome location and beautiful unit, just needs a few things addressed...

Pro's: Unit was beautiful with breathtaking views of the ocean, couldn't be a better location. Very clean and quiet. -on site property manager is very responsive and professional Con's: patio furniture was terrible; rusted/broken and will stain your hand and clothing if you try to move it - plexiglass top on patio table and the only (2) usable chairs constantly blew away in the wind - major disappointment that we could not utilize the outdoor seating with our daughters while taking in the ocean views -we were hoping to fall asleep each night to the sounds of waves crashing into the sea cliffs below, but only (1) very small window was operable in primary bedroom and not large enough to hear the ocean - a bummer of a design choice -secondary bathroom had significant water damage and drywall falling apart at on corner near tub - water damage also present on shade valances in common areas -primary bedroom bed had no plush comforter, just a thin blanket on top of the sheets - we were actually cold at night -kitchen appliances and cabinetry are old and dated -VERY high foot traffic just outside the unit and shades do not go all the way down in primary bedroom - these may seem nit-picky, but we expected much more for $1200+/night

We enjoyed our stay. The property is perfectly located on the coast of Kapalua. Watching the whales from the Lanai was awesome. 5min walk to the beach and surrounded but awaking calming views. Being so close to the waterfront trail, there is a lot of foot traffic, so don’t be surprised. The amenities were sufficient for cooking. Wifi was consistent. The property is clean. Lots of drawers in the bedroom but be sure to dust them before unpacking. A couple of suggestions for the property management though…. The lanai furniture is very rusted out. The beds were reasonably comfortable but definitely new pillows as they were old and flat.

A few quirks, but a lovely unit and location

The views are phenomenal. The condo is on a cliff overlooking the ocean, with Kapalua Beach Trail steps from the patio. It's a quick walk to a beach for surfing, or another beach for swimming/snorkeling/paddleboarding. We liked being away from the busier beach areas near Lahaina, but still an easy drive. There are 2.75 baths, with the master bath as beautiful as the pictures. The couch is narrow and does not have a sofa bed. Some of the plumbing was installed backwards (hot/cold), but many of those are marked. The "cucina" sign is stained and could be thrown away. Previous kitchen comments are correct: there are enough utensils, plates etc., but it's not stocked with some basic items. We left a salt & pepper set that we bought and couldn't believe coffee, creamer packets nor sugar/sweetners were provided. The Honolua store (an ABC Store) is a couple minutes away for basic grocery items, and a full grocery is just a little farther in Napili. There are 2 condos above this one, and the one above the master was sometimes noisy. Security didn't answer the phone, so we had to ask them to quiet down (they had a second floor where their bedrooms were, so they went upstairs and the noise stopped). The condo was hard to find the first night in the dark. The number posted on the door did not match our reservation--it should end with just the number "2," not the 3 numbers listed. We had a couple questions for the site manager, and he was always very responsive. During COVID there doesn't seem to be access to a nearby gym/fitness center because the hotels will only allow use by guests, but we were so busy with other sports that it didn't matter. This condo was pricey, but very enjoyable.
