  • Aloha et bienvenue dans notre cottage indépendant privé de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains – l’escapade idéale à Maui.

    Niché à flanc de colline, face à la plage de Kahekili à Maui, élue l’une des 10 plus belles plages du monde et qui constitue également le terrain de jeu hivernal des baleines à bosse. Profitez de vues spectaculaires depuis vos « lanais » privés magnifiquement aménagés. Cette maison se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied des plus belles plages et des plus beaux parcs de Maui. Entourée de paysages tropicaux luxuriants, notre maison de vacances de 1 200 pieds carrés (International Colony Club 32) offre un hébergement confortable avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, comprenant 2 lits king size et 2 lits doubles. La cuisine entièrement équipée, la salle à manger spacieuse et le salon forment un espace ouvert doté d’un système de climatisation split confortable.
    L’International Colony Club est un charmant ensemble de cottages indépendants de style hawaïen, situés au cœur d’un domaine tropical luxuriant et mûr de 10 acres, soigneusement aménagé. Le quartier est l’endroit idéal, intime et calme, pour les familles ou un petit groupe d’amis. L’ICC met à votre disposition deux piscines pour votre plus grand plaisir, ainsi qu’un parking hors voirie. Juste à côté se trouve le célèbre parcours de golf Royal Ka’anapali, et toutes vos activités préférées à Maui, telles que la plongée avec tuba, le surf, le stand up paddle, le golf, le tennis et le shopping, sont accessibles en quelques minutes seulement.

Our family of five (3 teenage kids) had a fabulous time! This was our first trip to Maui and it was magical. The house was within walking distance of our favorite beach. If you like snorkeling you will not find better. The house was very comfortable and met the needs of our family perfectly. Plenty of space and everything we needed was available. Would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful vacation! This place was clean and well stocked. The layout of the house worked well for our group. We didn’t need to run to a store for any household items. The grounds and pool were nice. Looking forward to staying another time.

The house was perfect. My family of six adults stayed and it had plenty of room! Centrally located in Lāhaina so easy to get to Napili as well as Olawahu beaches…and Golf courses! The house was clean and comfortable. I would Highly recommend it

The place was ideally located in north kaanapali just across the street from the beach. Place was fine - clean and many amenities. The host was EXTREMELY responsive and immediately responded to all of our requests. Lovely stay for 5 of us.

Our stay was great. Kitchen drawers/cabinets were labeled so that everything was easy to find. They also provided more than enough towels and beach items (wagon, ice chest, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards).

Great spot

The property was clean and perfectly placed. We had just enough room and the beds were quite comfy. We were only minutes from beaches, golf courses, shopping and grocery stores. This was exactly what we were looking for and the price was a great value.

FANTASTIC rental!

This property is AMAZING! We truly loved it. There was plenty of space, a good-sized kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of backpack beach chairs along with beach gear. Air conditioning was appreciated too! Location was perfect. Such a lovely place! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we're in this area. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Amazing home in great location!

This house was perfect for our family of 6. The location was very central and amazing for all our needs while we visited the island. House was very spacious and clean and full of comfort. Luan was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Maui.

Friends on vacation

There were 3 couples in our group and this was our first vacation together. We loved having a kitchen to do meals together and we used the grill almost everyday. We could walk or drive to a beach and we snorkeled. We loved having a pool to gather at as well.

Great Christmas stay in Kaanapali!

We had a great time during our stay over Christmas. The house was nice and clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed to cook with. We also enjoyed the fully stocked beach gear rack! The location was great, just across the street from the beach. And communication with Luan was super easy. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a private home in Kaanapali.

Great property! This is a nice, clean, quiet, comfortable house with plenty of room for our family. The location is perfect, in Kaanapali right across the road from Kaheliki Beach (aka Airport Beach) - which is our favorite! It has wonderful snorkeling within a 5 minute walk! The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed, and there were beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear (we bring our own), and sand toys if you have little ones. There’s also a/c in all the rooms, which is so nice! We experienced a little hiccup with the washing machine, but Luan was super responsive and helpful, and the washer was replaced within a couple days. They even offered to pick up our laundry to do it for us, and they gave us a little refund for the inconvenience. So gracious! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

This bungalow was delightful!

There was more than enough space for our four adults. The property was in excellent condition and very clean. There was more than adequate kitchen supplies. The best feature was the location. Just a short seven minute walk Kahekili Beach across the road. Even Black Rock by the Sheraton was very walkable. I would not hesitate to book this home again! Mahalo, Nick V.

The property is in a prime location -- 5-10-minute drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. House was sparkling clean and we were pleasantly surprised to see that there were plenty of beach supplies (beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, floaties, wagon) and clean towels for everyone in my family of 6. We really appreciated that this listing came with 2 parking spots. I would highly recommend this property to big groups (5-7). We did not feel like we were cramped at all during our stay. 10/10 overall!

Host emailed all the information on how to find the property, where to park and code for the door. This is a quaint cottage, not plush, but cozy. Perfect for our stay. We had an issue with beds the first night, which the owner resolved that day, and we enjoyed great sleep the rest of the week. You do need to go through the Master Bedroom to do any laundry on the back porch area. There was plenty of beach supplies available to use. We did not use the pool. We enjoyed morning walks on the "Beach Walk" access across the busy highway, but just pushed the crosswalk button to go across to the beach. We also saw lots of Whales from this beach. It was a great find and we would stay again. Thank you Luan for your quick action to resolve our issue.

Clean House with Phenomenal Location and an even better Host

We had everything we needed and more. Tons of beach stuff that we used quite a bit. Plenty of space for all of our friends we brought along to watch my now wife, and I, get married. Luan was very communicative, helpful, and nice. He even picked us up a marriage gift of chocolate covered macadamia nuts, which were so amazing, we picked up another (6) pack of them to bring home to family and friends. This property was quiet, peaceful, and centrally located. 10/10 would rent again!
