« We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! »

« What a delightful stay! I felt spoiled from beginning to end. Proximity to the pier was fabulous! the complementary drinks and stocked kitchen was also appreciated. The ONLY negative comment is that the upstairs tenants need to be told to walk and talk quietly before 8 am. I was woken up both days at 6:30 by them. Other than that, I had a great time, and will definitely come again. »

The location is perfect as it is a very short drive to the harbor and the harbor is within walking distance for those who want to explore and are up for a good walking challenge. « We stayed in Villa Teatro which has a private deck with ocean views. Upon arrival, we realized our unit hadn't been cleaned. The staff was quick to remedy our situation and refunded our cleaning fee for the inconvenience. So many amenities within walking distance: grocery, restaurants, shopping, but most of all the BEACH! Our villa had everything you could think of to make your stay pleasurable. It was furnished with beautiful paintings by the artist Wyland. The only negative was the sofa bed....
