Villa italienne exquise, villa au 1er niveau. 3 pâtés de maisons de la plage, 1 pâté de maisons du village -seulement 5 étoiles. Parfait et nouveau. Dans le cadre de la Villa au 1er étage, il y a toujours 3 patios pour votre plaisir avec une petite vue sur l'océan. Il y a le patio avant et le coin salon, le jardin de méditation et le coin salon et votre coin salon couvert privé rempli d'un lustre à l'entrée principale. (À certains moments, il y a la 4ème véranda supérieure du coin salon disponible pour votre usage. Il y a des vues magnifiques sur l'océan blanc depuis la véranda. S'il vous plaît renseigner si elle est disponible) Immense maison au 1er étage pour votre séjour le plus accueilli et de qualité. Nous sommes à 3 pâtés de maisons de la célèbre plage principale et de la tour, et à 1 pâté de maisons de notre village du centre-ville. De votre lit, vous entendez les vagues se briser et les phoques aboient s'ils sont dans la crique. Nous venons de terminer le remodelage complet.
Il y a une toute nouvelle salle de bain complète avec des comptoirs en granit, des serviettes de style de luxe, un grand dressing. Une nouvelle cuisine complète avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et entièrement équipée pour votre séjour. Il y a un coin repas, TV HD et Internet haut débit / WIFI. De belles œuvres d'art réfléchissantes et de nouveaux meubles sont placés dans tout l'intérieur. L'espace comprend un patio couvert très privé avec lustre, ainsi qu'un parking privé réservé à 5 pas de votre entrée. Il y a la climatisation et le chauffage.
Cette propriété a une vue magnifique sur l'eau vive et l'océan de l'île Catalina et est située dans le centre-ville de Laguna Beach. Cette propriété est à distance de marche de la plage, du quartier commerçant, du quartier des divertissements, de plus de 100 restaurants, glaciers, galeries d'art, reconstitution historique des maîtres et festivals d'art de renommée mondiale, musées, etc., etc. Tout près se trouvent la piscine communautaire, les courts de tennis et la piste de jogging. La plage la plus proche possède une aire de jeux, des terrains de basket-ball, des terrains de volley-ball et des bassins de marée. Il est dans un quartier calme et est privé, mais idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville principal. C'est vraiment un endroit exceptionnel.

Did not meet expectations

Booked this property for 6 weeks, Jan. 29-March 12. Positives are...responsive host, good location, and extra added items were appreciated ie coffee, toiletries, general kitchen needs (ie dish soap etc) and the meditation garden overlooking the town and ocean is lovely. But know, this is an apartment on the ground floor of a home, which feels more like a basement as there is very little natural lighting that comes through due to the structure of the home. Any sufficient lighting will come from overhead ceiling lights and lamps. The space functions basically as a studio as there are no separate rooms (excl the bathroom and closet). Know that you can also hear the foot steps and some times talking of the family above living on the second level of the home. The window mounted heating/cooling unit rattles when turned, seems quite old. The description of the property and photos are misleading. To clarify, any renovation on this property seems to have been done many years ago as appliances and general condition is not new. The carpet is in great need of replacement (stained and dirty). I imagine this contributes to the unpleasant odor in the apartment. The main living /tv area is next to the only large window which is feet from the garage where people use the garage key pad to enter the home. This happens multiple times a day, so to me, it did not feel private. In the photos, the bed is shown next to the aforementioned window, it is not however set up like that in reality. The bed is in the area shown in the photos as the living area (with couch). Hearing the waves crash from your bed is not a possibility as mentioned in the description. Also, the patio shown in the photos is actually at the front door of the main house lived in by the family. This would put you sitting at their front door, which is used frequently by people coming and going, deliveries etc.

Updated quaint property walking distance to shops, Restuarants and the beach

At the end of a cul-de-sac so you don't have a lot of traffic and never had any problems with additional parking. Super nice inside with a super soft bed. If you need something firm, plan ahead. Sandy was always trying to make sure our stay was perfect. We walked our dogs down the street since there wasn't a front yard. The peek A boo views of the ocean was always nice to look at. Only great things to say about the Host and the property.

A Complete Home and feels like a Boutique Hotel

I had the pleasure of staying here for a month recently and I'm thrilled to report my expectations were exceeded! From the elegant furnishings, to the cozy floor plan, ample closet space, cable TV, wireless internet, high quality bathroom finishes and kitchen essentials, I had everything I needed to relax, unwind and enjoy my stay in gorgeous Laguna Beach, CA. The view from the property is incredible and the proximity to the local shops, restaurants and beach make it an easy and enjoyable walk to experience all Laguna Village has to offer. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor sitting area adjacent to the entrance and watch the sunset from the front windows of the unit which in itself is worth the stay! In addition to the high quality of the unit, the lovely host at the property (Sandy and Claudia) was extremely responsive to any questions I had, not to mention delightful to coordinate arrival and departure details with. All-in-all if you are seeking an exceptional place to enjoy your stay in Laguna Beach, I highly recommend this unit.

Lovely place to stay to visit S. California!!

The Legers are gracious hosts truly wanting to make your visit like being in your own home. The villa is perfect for one or a couple, overlooking Laguna Beach which is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute car ride away!! Located in the ground level of their home at the end of a cul-de-sac, the villa is convenient to all the N/S freeways between LA and San Diego, It is a 15 minute drive to Dana Point in one direction and Newport Beach in the other direction. I would not hesitate to stay again on my next visit to S. California!! Thank you to the levers for being so hospitable!!!

Wonderful villa. Wonderful host

Beautiful place on beautiful grounds on a beautiful and quiet street. Loved my near month stay... you can walk everywhere. I had a car and you have your own parking spot which was perfect for when I used the car, but you can walk literally everywhere! I enjoyed the view of the full ocean and the church bell chimes sitting in the meditation garden. Gorgeous flowers and peace surround you in that space!

One of a kind Outstanding Spot!!!

Our host, Sandy, was friendly and welcoming from before our visit and all the way through. Always had courteous, prompt communication and highly organized. Plus had wonderful tidbits of information and recommendations for dinners and places to visit - the small things that allow you to jump the learning curve and fully enjoy a new place. The location was wonderful. Easy to walk down to Laguna Beach. Easy to drive to Highway 1 and go up to Irvine or back into the surrounding neighborhoods. Private parking, location, walkable - hit on all the points we were looking for. There is an all new full bathroom with granite counter tops, luxury style towels, a large walk-in closet. A complete new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and fully equipped for your stay. There is a dining area, HD TV and high speed internet/WIFI. Beautiful artwork and furniture.. The space includes a very private, covered patio with chandelier, along with private reserved parking 5 steps from your entry. There is en suite air conditioning and heat. The host was the cherry on top. Thanks Sandy.

Peaceful, clean and a great location!

My husband and I needed to be in Laguna Beach for 30 days following my surgery. Sandy's place is cute, clean and quiet. Beautiful location on a quiet street. She is a lovely hostess, very welcoming and helpful. We were able to walk to downtown's great restaurants and shopping and even to Main Beach. This is an exceptional value, in a great location. We were very comfortable during our stay.

The best vacation we have ever had!

The villa is simply amazing. It is EXACTLY as pictured, very elegantly decorated and the location is central to great restaurants, shopping and many different beaches. We drove approximately an hour north to go to Los Angeles and an hour south when we wanted to go to San Diego. Sandy is incredible to work with. She always responded to any particular questions that I had. We would walk every night to the downtown location which is just three blocks away. I felt the neighborhood was very safe. It is very close to Heisler Park in Laguna which was one of my favorite beaches. Also, the villa is close to "Top of the World" which had some incredible views along with hiking trails. Our family truly enjoyed our stay! We absolutely loved the rental property and the location!

Great vacation in Laguna Beach !!

We really enjoyed every moment of our stay in Laguna Beach. Sandra and Richard was very accomodating with us and most important prompt to answer every questions we had. It made a geat difference for our stay. The appartment is well located, clean and convinent. In addition, it is only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurant and stores. A Little Bit of Tuscany In Laguna Beach

We stayed in the lower level of this property and absolutely loved it! The location puts you close to everything that is Laguna Beach. It is quiet, the property is well appointed, with everything you could possibly need, both as a living space and your beach needs. It would be a place we would "borrow", again... no question!!! Enjoy beautiful beaches, a great variety of restaurants, and come "home" to a place that is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Owners were quick to respond, whenever we had questions.

Had a Wonderful Experience at this Beautiful Villa

I spent a week at this property and it was perfect. The villa was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pictures you see in this listing are exactly what you will experience when you enter the villa.  The property sits above the downtown area with beautiful views of both Laguna Beach and the Pacific.  And I love the fact that I could walk to the beach and downtown Laguna in just a few minutes.   The host was incredibly welcoming and went way above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I am seriously considering a move to Laguna Beach later this year and the host spent a significant amount of time with me answering every question I had about this beautiful town. They are very kind and thoughtful people who want to make sure you have a wonderful experience when you stay at their beautiful villa.. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Outstanding Accommodations

We could not have found a better place to spend our beach weekend in Laguna. Besides being immaculate and well-kept (which it is!), the property host truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Anyone who has ever traveled with a toddler knows just how much STUFF you're stuck lugging through the airport so when the host offered us a pack-n-play we were stoked to have one less thing to haul around. We loved watching sunsets from the porch relaxing in the meditation garden. The beach is an easy 10 - 20 minute (ish) walk (depending on where you want to set up on the sand...we opted to go farther away from Main Beach for a quieter scene). Great food/bar choices are just down the hill, including a Ralphs if you want to cook in during your stay - we actually didn't drive at all! Between the views, amenities, and owners' hospitality - we were so happy with our choice and hope to return in the future!

The apartment was beautiful and had all amenities we needed.

The location was ideal and only a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was wonderful and greeted us with fresh flowers and a warm smile. We visited other beaches north and south of Laguna Beach and were very pleased that we selected Laguna Beach for our one week stay. All of the people we interacted with were kind and friendly. We wish we could've extended our stay!

Wonderful Apartment!!

Can't say enough great things about this rental. Three of us were there for a girls getaway. Plenty of room, very nicely decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. Short walk into town where you will find lots of options for food,shopping and the beach. Rich and Sandy were lovely and very easy to work with. It's always nice to meet the owners. They take pride in their property and it shows. We love Laguna Beach and will definitely stay here again! Kacy

Highly recommend this Laguna Beach rental

The location was ideal and only a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was wonderful and greeted us with fresh flowers and a warm smile. We visited other beaches north and south of Laguna Beach and were very pleased that we selected Laguna Beach for our one week stay. All of the people we interacted with were kind and friendly. We wish we could've extended our stay! We enjoyed day trips to beaches, Catalina Island, downtown LA, Warner Brothers Studio and even the Sequoia National Park!

Look no further this is the perfect spot.

You need to look no further once you have found this villa. It is the perfect place to stay. This is an awesome Little Villa. We loved going to the beach with the quality beach chairs beach towels Beach umbrella and coming back to our little home away from home. Everything was perfect here. Spectacular actually. The way the place is decorated is inspiring the beautiful plants the reflective artwork the quality towels and linens. Perfect kitchen, Walk in closet is huge. Can't say enough. You need to look no further once you have found this villa. It is the perfect place to stay.

Awesome house with stunning views

Tranquil, welcoming, and beautifully kept. The space was the perfect size for us- Big! The location was ideal and a great value. It is so much better in person than the pictures show. The building is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful flowers and foliage all around. We loved spending time on our patio. We walked to the beach and the amazing downtown restaurants a couple of times a day. Our hosts provided all the amenities that you would find in a nice hotel and more such as shampoo, lotion, conditioner, soap, and hair dryer which we both really appreciated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too! We had a wonderful time visiting Laguna Beach and plan on staying at this property again.

Great location, updated apartment

Our stay was great. Parked the car and walked everywhere for our long weekend. Apartment had all essentials that we needed to make it our home away from home. Sandy was always very responsive and a phone call away.
