Summer Rental Beach House - Beautiful Laguna Beach

For Summer Rental.

The spectacular West Street Beach and Thousand Steps beach are just a short walk away. Take a neighborhood hike up the Valido Trail to see breathtaking views of Laguna. Or get dressed up and take the free, open air trolley downtown to the fine dining. This Laguna Beach experience is only available to one renter per year for a 60 days summer rental.

This beach home is nestled in South Laguna, with beautiful views of the ocean, a rare large back yard for summer dining, a jacuzzi for relaxing after a day at the beach, and a master balcony to capture the blazing sunsets.

When you walk into the home, it's well designed, with a cosy feel that includes a living room, dining room and kitchen all open air, with views to the water, and easy access to the cool backyard underneath an 80 year old pepper tree we call Coco Tree.

The kitchen has a Viking range and a bar, so you can hang out there while you make a meal.

The living room features wall to wall windows that overlook the ocean, a flatscreen TV, and a bookcase to store all your summer reads, and a cozy couch to lounge in.

The dining room is a wood table with matching chairs that feels extra spacious with an oversized mirror.

All the rooms feel private. Just off the main living area are the downstairs bathroom (tiled, shower, toilet), and the two bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds (one is a trundle) and a desk and closet space, it gets very dark and great for a restful sleep.

The garden bedroom looks into the backyard and has a private door outback. It has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and bookshelves. This is the most secluded of the bedrooms and gets gorgeous sunlight in the morning and you can hear the birds.

The backyard has plenty of shade, a nice faux-lawn that you can work out on or use the play structure.

Upstairs has two bedrooms, the kid's bedroom close to the master (but not too close!) that has a bunk bed shaped as a house and we also have a crib. The master bathroom has a deep tub, a separate shower, a vanity with his and hers sinks, and wraps to connect to a walk in closet and the master bedroom.

The master bedroom is quite special. It is large, and overlooks the ocean, and features a private balcony with a cupola to enjoy a sunset or a warm evening. The bed is king sized and comfy. The shades can be drawn for a long sleep in on a summer morning.

There are also two desks (one standing) and fiber WIFI for those that need to work from home. There's a little nook in the Master Bedroom that overlooks the ocean, and that's where I work. It's so peaceful there.

We love our home, it's great for a family or those that want to find a great place to spend by the amazing Laguna coastline. And it's so fun to take day trips to LA or San Diego if you like. We know this area well, whether it's biking, surfing, hiking, and happy to share any details that might make your stay personally meaningful. We're connecting in the neighborhood too and it's a great spot.
