With direct access to the golden sands of Meia Praia, the villa is the perfect spot for a beach holiday and if the beach isn't for you then you will enjoy your own large, private pool with jacuzzi. Numerous beach bars and restaurants are all in walking distance of the villa with the lively Marina only a 15 minute stroll away and the cobbled streets of Lagos another 5 minutes. In addition, the new 5-Star hotel and golf club at Palmares is just a 5 minute drive away.

FIRST FLOOR
From the entrance you step up into the beautiful lounge/dining area and are greeted by the magnificent panoramic sea views. The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen are flooded with light and are furnished with co-ordinating, stylish white and silver/grey furniture. The kitchen has all modern appliances including built in coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, oven, induction hob and remote controlled hood.
The lounge has a smart TV with DVD player and IP TV with UK and European channels.
OUTSIDE FIRST FLOOR
Through large glass sliding doors you can step onto the large terrace directly from the lounge/ dining area where the panoramic views extend 180 degrees to the east from Portimáo and the nature reserve at the Alvor estuary, sweeping along the beach towards the historic town of Lagos to the west.
This terrace has a large comfortable corner sofa a dining table for breakfasts and light meals as and remote controlled electric awnings. Steps lead down to the pool and Jacuzzi area with its large outside dining area and summer kitchen.
GROUND FLOOR - The 3 double bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the ground floor.
Bedroom 1 – UK King size bed (160×200) + dressing area and en-suite walk in shower.
Bedroom has sea views and overlooks the swimming pool with direct access from its patio doors. Interior designed with matching furniture, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 – UK King size bed (160×200)

Bedroom 3 - Two single beds- The beds can be pushed together to make a king size bed if required. This room also has access to the pool through patio doors.
All the main windows have electric blinds to give you extra privacy at night and the bedrooms blinds also include blackout to make sure you have a good night’s sleep.
The second bathroom located on this floor and is shared by both bedrooms and has designer wall tiles and fittings.
There is a utility room where the washing machine and dryer are located. A further door from this area leads to the outside of the villa and a useful drying area for beach towels and laundry.
OUTSIDE GROUND FLOOR
The downstairs pool area is all on one level and can be accessed either from any of the bedrooms, or via the stairs from the upper terrace. It is surrounded by flowers and trees.
The beautiful pool is large enough for exercise swimming and the heated jacuzzi is great for relaxation. A separate WC and shower located in the pool terrace area.
The covered summer kitchen comprises, sink, and built in BBQ and is adjacent to the dining area with extremely comfortable seating for all guests. Further shade can be obtained from the manual awning over the terrace.
OTHER
The villa is south facing so you will have sun all day on all the terraces and pool area.
If you want to go to the beach, or the beach bars and restaurants, you can exit via the secure back gate, this opens onto the beach road. Across this road are the sand dunes and a short stroll, crossing the single track scenic railway, takes you to the beach. On your return from the beach there is a tap by the steps to rinse your feet.
Please Note: Due to the design of the terraces and pool areas small children must be supervised at all times when outside.
WEEKLY RENTALS (7 nights or more)
For stays exceeding 7 nights, upon request, we can provide a weekly cleaning service during which towels and linen will be refreshed.
WINTER RENTALS (28 nights or more)
For discounted longer stays from November to February, utilities such as gas, water and internet will be included in the rate. Electricity will be charged as used and paid for through the platform. A cleaning service is offered every second week during which bed linen/covers and towels will be refreshed.
The villa is also equipped for a perfect winter holiday, being south facing and with underfloor heating throughout.
The sheltered balcony and terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all day and the heated jacuzzi enables you to make the most sunny winter days outdoors.
HEATED POOL COSTS
For an additional cost per week, the swimming pool can also be heated allowing you to enjoy daily dips all year round.
