GUEST ACCESS & RESORT AMENITIES:
As our guest, you have the entire apartment to yourself, including the private balcony. You also get full, complimentary access to the resort's premium amenities: the swimming pool, and direct, secure entry to the beach. We provide a consistent power supply and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you seamlessly connected. Please note that the resort may have specific hours for pool use, which we will share in your check-in guide!

PRIVACY & SECURITY:
We respect your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. However, the Ileero Homes team is always available via the app or phone to help with local tips or any stay-related needs. We are here to make sure your beachfront stay is perfect. The property is also located within a highly secure, gated resort with 24/7 security patrols for absolute peace of mind.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE ON ACCESSIBILITY:
This beautiful apartment is located on the first floor. Please be aware that there is no elevator/lift in the building. Guests will need to use the stairs to access the unit, so it may not be suitable for those with significantly reduced mobility.

📌 HOUSE RULES & BOOKING POLICIES:

Official Check-In: Strictly from 3:00 PM onward. Selecting an earlier arrival time through the app does not guarantee early entry unless you have requested it and received explicit approval from management before your arrival date.

Official Check-Out: Strictly by 11:00 AM.

Security Deposit: To ensure the continued quality and maintenance of our home, a refundable caution fee (security deposit) is required for all bookings. This is not a service charge and is fully refunded within 24 hours of check-out, provided no damages occur. This process helps us maintain a premium experience for every guest.

Property Care: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. No parties or unauthorized events are permitted; please keep noise levels respectful to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the resort.
