In a peaceful residential location this large detached villa offers an excellent standard, of comfortable accommodation for family groups or friends of up to 8 adults plus babies/small children.



Upon entering into an impressive hallway with a beautiful wrought iron spiral staircase this leads into the spacious living-dining area equipped with two comfortable sofas, chairs, fireplace, Cable TV and a dining table with seating for eight people.

Patio doors lead onto the large terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and established garden.

On the terrace there is a BBQ and large outside table with seating for ten, prepare a delicious meal and enjoy relaxed al fresco dining.



The fully fitted country style kitchen has a central island unit, granite worktops and is well equipped. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and direct outside access.



There are four double bedrooms; each double bed has two individual mattresses with sumptuous mattress toppers. The beds are adjustable allowing you to sit, relax, snooze and sleep in comfort.



On the ground level the two double bedrooms are each with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the terrace, garden and pool.

These bedrooms share a good sized bathroom with separate shower and a further shower room with bidet.



On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms each with patio doors that lead out to a sun terrace with views over the pool and further out to the Ocean.

The Master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a glamorous en suite marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate rain shower, basin with mirror. The twin bedroom has an en suite shower room and fitted wardrobe.



The terrace has rattan seating allowing you to relax with a good book, aperitif and enjoy the fresh Algarvian air!



The neat 1000m2 garden is fully enclosed with wrought iron fencing and an automatic gate; here you have a sun terrace, sun loungers and poolside shower.

The 10m x 5m swimming pool has a shallow end with steps and can be heated for an extra charge of €30 per day.



The picturesque village of Carvoeiro is a pleasant 15 minute stroll from the villa. Once a quiet fishing village, it became attractive to artists in the 1960's and is now a popular seaside resort. The charming atmosphere and character of old Carvoeiro is still very much present with couples, families and groups of holidaymakers.

Carvoeiro has five gorgeous sandy beaches close by. The village beach of glorious golden sand is sheltered by dramatic cliffs. Next to the beach you have a good choice of cafes and restaurants.



For fun days out; Slide and Splash and Aqualand water parks are nearby as well as Zoomarine that has interesting presentations, marine animals including dolphins, sea lions, seals, birds of prey and reptiles.



Three golf courses are nearby, 18 hole Gramacho and Pinta and 9 hole Vale de Milho.
