The villa is located on a large plot and there is parking for 3 cars in the drive (one space is covered). The garden surrounds the villa, is not overlooked and has a large terrace with a private heated infinity swimming pool overlooking the golf course. There is a large lounge with 75inch cable TV, split level dining room with kitchen off and two double bedrooms downstairs serviced by a large bathroom, plus a further half bathroom accessed from the hall. Upstairs the master bedroom has its own bathroom with bath, separate shower, wardrobe area and a large private terrace. There is air conditioning, an open fire and central heating. The kitchen has fridge, freezer, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and is well equipped. How to get there: By car from Faro: Take the A22 towards Portimao, keep going, then take junction 6 for Lagoa. At the roundabout turn left signposted Carvoeiro. Next roundabout straight over, then keep in the left lane (road splits you are following Lagoa Sul). At the next roundabout turn right signposted Parque Aquatico, straight over the ´Modelo` roundabout. At the next roundabout turn left signposted Vale de Pinta, at the next roundabout go straight over. There is a sign 'Gramacho', go straight ahead, find the villa on the left hand side after aprox 100 meters.
