The Space:

Experience a stylish stay at our Clinton Upstairs Studio, a comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat. You'll sleep soundly on a Queen mattress. The studio includes a small living area with a sofa and chair, a Smart TV for streaming, and a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave oven, and coffee maker. The private remodeled bathroom features a full-size tub/shower combo. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the property.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs studio via a private entrance with a smart lock and key code. Step outside to an expansive, well-lit covered deck and sitting area that wraps around the house just outside your front door. A shared laundry area is available at the back of the home for added convenience. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities!



Guest Access:

This is a multi-unit property: There are a total of three units for rent at this address which includes the front home, a private upstairs studio, a private suite attached to the main house, and a private townhouse in the very back. All units have private entrances/doors via smart locks with codes and a designated private/covered outdoor space.



A door code will be sent to you for self-check-in via (Smart Lock) with additional check-in instructions.



Our staff is available to help or offer any suggestions you may need. Check-in and parking instructions will be automatically sent at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
