« Good location »

« The location is amazing getting in is a little bit complicated, but we figured it out. The stairwell and front entry are on a lighting timer, which was a little bit delayed making it difficult to enter the code to get in the front door as well as the unit door, there were lots of mini bar and additional items for purchase however, there is not many outlets nor USB for charging so remember to pack your block and or charging cords. Also there wasn’t many towels so I recommend asking for a few...

« Nice and clean place! The location was perfect for our Red Rocks trip. There was plenty of room for our family of five. »

« Nothing, didn't get a copy of my ID so they changed the code on the door so she couldn't my get in. In the middle of the night as well. Then threatened the cops if we didn't my leave right away although all our stuff was still in the room. I was charged for the night even though they changed the code before midnight.. offered ID after I got off work in the morning and was threatened with the cops. »

« Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for the two of us. Close to downtown (about a mile away). Great communication with the host. »

« Property was in a great location… could walk to hiking, park, creek in backyard. We loved the town events: pizza and music in the park, brunch at the Merc, Apartment was new and tastefully done, well-equipped. Perfect mountain experience. Hosts could not have been nicer. We’ll be back. »

« Everything was as described, clean and neat! »

« Room was clean and the property is quiet and staff are friendly. The bakery next door is excellent. Fair price quality accomodation. »

We had a GMC Terrain which was a tight fit, but once we got the hang of it, entry and exit was smooth (with a spotter)The bed was comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows were available. The AC worked great in the bedroom and the main area. The area is very quiet, especially since it overlooks the back alley, where there is very little traffic. You can hear the other...
