The property is close to the Denver area, but far enough away to be peaceful and scenic. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a walking trail in the back of the neighborhood Would definitely stay again. »

« Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. « Our stay was great! Fortunately the host was able to accommodate for our travel times. We also woke up the morning after it snowed and the walkway was already shoveled for us. Our stay needs were definitely met and exceed. The location was also perfect, you have everything you need at a walking distance. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m back in Denver. »

« My family and another family stayed here during our daughter’s 12 day softball tournament. The house was interesting at first but we adapted quickly. The guests above us didn’t know there was another family staying below so that interaction was awkward, but we became fast friends. The neighborhood on the 4th of July was active and we were able to watch the fireworks from the driveway! »
