« Room was dirty on arrival, pubic hairs in bed, no other rooms were not available, so had to leave and stay elsewhere. The receptionist was lovely but she was on her own could not help in anyway. The website shows lovely clean rooms, but this was not the reality. I have started a claim for a refund but would never book to stay again »

« Loads of parking and I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the building. I was shown to my room and felt very well looked after. I ate in the restaurant both for evening meal and breakfast and the food was superb! »

The check-in was fast and smooth with nice staff, the room was comfortable with easy adjustment of the temperature, the kettle & instant coffee were most welcome, the bathroom amenities were great, the shower was well designed with suitable water pressure.
