Come and stay in our lovely getaway by fine sandy beaches and the gorgeous Lacanau lake! Our unit is wonderfully located in a calm and natural setting between the lake and the ocean, giving you easy access to many beaches and water activities. The Pointe de Grave and the Bassin d'Arcachon are found nearby, along with many golf courses. For those seeking a bit more adventure, you'll find world-famous surfing in the area - there's something for everyone in this paradise! At the end of a wonderful day, our cozy 49m2 space comfortably accommodates 6 guests but sleeps up to 8.

Drift to sleep in the 3 BEDROOMS in our apartment. Two bedrooms each feature a Double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 Single beds. There is also a Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate extra guests or the kids. Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €16/kit and beds can be made on arrival for €10/bed.

Prepare for the day in our 1 BATHROOM with bath and towel dryer. An additional HALF bathroom provides extra space for everyone to get ready. Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €12/kit.

After a day of lounging at the beach, retreat to our cozy LIVING AREA. Catch your favourite shows and movies on the flat-screen TV with TNT and European channels. Reconnect with loved ones using the Wi-Fi starting at €3/day. Step out onto your Balcony or Terrace and breathe the fresh air!

Whip up a meal in our KITCHENETTE, which features a stovetop, microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Need some coffee to wake up in the morning? We've got you covered: our unit comes with a coffee maker! You can enjoy all of your meals at the dining table.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Résidence Les Rives Du Lac, where our property is conveniently located. Enjoy the Outdoor Pool, open in summer. Share laughs with your group on the Petanque courts. There is also a convenient breakfast service and laundry facilities available on-site for a charge. Wi-Fi is available for FREE at the reception.

If you're travelling by car, there is FREE outdoor parking on-site, subject to availability. If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €46/week or €10/day (1 pet/apartment max). Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area) will be provided for €50 to €80.

If you don't feel like making dinner in your kitchenette, grab a tasty slice at Pizza Pise, just a 3-minute walk away. If you're travelling with kids, Plage du Moutchic is the ideal place to bring them for some fun in the water without the worry of the ocean, just a 6-minute walk away. For more fun in the water, there's a surf school nearby and a splash park, all within walking distance!
