« Our stay at the house had a few issues that affected the overall experience. The host was responsive and did communicate with us, and they were willing to adjust the check-in time, which we appreciated. However, it was only after we enquired about check-in that we were informed the dishwasher was leaking and wouldn’t be fixed until the following week. « This relatively new apartment looked lovely and was only a few mins drive from the heart of Wanaka. It was equipped with all of the things we needed to stay for a few days. It was convenient having a bathroom with toilet upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs as well. The beds were firm but comfortable.The property backs onto a very busy main road right at the pedestrian crossing/speed bump. This meant that there was traffic noise all day and night with so many trucks/trailers banging...
