« Our 13th annual Girls Weekend was an easy success staying at this beautiful Monticello home. David was great to work with and the location was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. The views were stunning and the heated pool allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful October weekend! The hot tub was the best we have ever experienced! The fire pit area was perfect for relaxing and star gazing. The game room was fun and all the beds were comfortable. We loved it and highly recommend! »

« Very spacious for our group of 14. All of the adults had their own king size bed. The 6 kids present enjoyed the community pool and nearby basketball hoop. They also enjoyed the lower level shuffleboard table, pool table and air hockey game. We loved use of the tram to get our coolers to and from the nearby dock. Our,only complaint was the gas grill provided was sub standard and should have been replaced for our stay. »

« This house was great for our weekend stay! We loved the adventure of climbing down the stairs and rocks to get to the dock. The star gazing down there was amazing. I will say if you have a large boat, the driveway is hard to turn around in and we had to back out. We had to stop traffic to do so but everyone was super friendly. The views from the deck are great! The host was so easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!! »

« We stayed here for a fishing tournament. The house was very clean and the hosts quickly communicated when we inquired about adding an additional night. We would definitely stay here again on future Lake Cumberland trips! »
