Villa Kalea with pool

The beautiful villa Kalea is located in Istria, in the peaceful Istrian village of Blaškovići and is ready to offer every guest a peaceful and pleasant summer stay. It is located only 3 km from the town of Labin where you will have the opportunity to try gastronomic delicacies and top-quality wines. This is a villa that you will remember, a place where you can enjoy, relax and soak up the sun. It is perfect for a family with children or a group of friends who want to enjoy greenery and untouched nature.

Villa Kalea offers as much as 265 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 1500 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with TV and en suite bathrooms with shower. Three rooms have a double bed, while the fourth room has 2 single beds that can be joined into a double bed.

As additional facilities, you will use a washing machine, iron, and one separate toilet.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family and friends. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with seating. The ideal place for evening gatherings and relaxing with TV and your favorite movies is the living room, which contains a sofa, armchair, stools and a coffee table.

Outside the villa you will find a 32 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols.

A large dining table and a charcoal or wood-fired barbecue offer the perfect setting for relaxed evenings of barbecuing by the pool.

Parking is available directly on the property in front of the house and offers 5 parking spaces.

The security deposit is €400.00.

You will especially be delighted by the outdoor jacuzzi located on the upper floor and next to which there are 2 sun loungers.

On the ground floor there is a games room where you can play billiards or table football. For children, there is a trampoline and goals.

You can use 2 cots, 1 high chair, and additional toys for children and pool equipment.

Villa Kalea offers everything you need for a carefree vacation - far from the crowds, yet close to everything that Istria has to offer: crystal clear sea, untouched nature and charming towns.

If you are a fan of white wines, Istria is a paradise for you. Malvasia and Muscat reign supreme there, but you can also find Teran and Merlot. A must-see stop is the Negri Art Gastro Gallery, located in a 17th-century palace, where you can taste the best extra virgin olive oil with delicious snacks such as anchovies, cod, cheese and prosciutto. Rabac and Labin are two picturesque towns located on the eastern coast of Istria, and we must admit that they are true gems of the Mediterranean. Both towns abound in rich history, beautiful landscapes and diverse cultural experiences.

Don't miss a visit to Brijuni, which was known as a sports archipelago in the 1920s, and has maintained that reputation to this day. Brijuni is an Istrian archipelago and a national park in the Croatian part of the northern Adriatic Sea. It consists of two islands and twelve islets. Cycling is the perfect way to tour the islands. Race to the Safari Park or take a journey through history on the Brijuni Lookout Trail, the possibilities are endless. Cities that are also very famous tourist destinations are Rovinj, Poreč or Pula. Wherever you go, you won't go wrong, each one is more beautiful than the last!
