My name is Karla and I come from a family where the tradition of hospitality is deeply rooted. Thanks to my parents' 45 years of experience, I have been immersed in the holiday rental business from birth. I work as an English teacher and have a passion for languages, travelling and getting to know new cultures. It gives me great pleasure when I can help guests and make their stay as pleasant as possible.

This year, my family and I put a lot of heart and soul into renovating one of the two flats I inherited. We did all the work ourselves, with the clear vision of creating a real home away from home. Cleanliness is our top priority, we make sure every corner is spotless. We also provide all the essential amenities to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. With our language skills and cultural awareness, we will be there for you whenever you need it.

Upon entering the flat, a charming terrace awaits you with a hot tub and a cosy garden sofa where you can relax and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. A small garden with a barbecue makes the terrace an ideal place for al fresco dining with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The second terrace, which is accessible from the living room, offers an unrivalled view of the sea, the bustling harbour and the historic old town of Labin. This terrace is also the perfect place to experience breathtaking sunsets that bathe the sky in vibrant colours. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset, this peaceful setting will enchant your senses all year round.
The walls, painted in various shades of gold, radiate a warm, cosy atmosphere that emphasises the overall ambience. The bathroom is nostalgically furnished and combines modern and antique elements in a sophisticated colour palette of black and gold.

Our flat is located in a quiet, family neighbourhood of private houses in Rabac and offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The nearest beach is just a short 10-minute walk (approx. 800 metres) from our flat and offers crystal clear waters and beautiful views. Labin, a charming historic town with cobbled streets and impressive architecture, is only a 5-minute drive (5 km) from our flat.

The nearest airport, Pula Airport, is only 40 minutes away by car (43 km), so you can travel in comfort. Rovinj, known for its lively old town and picturesque views of the coast, is an hour's drive (65 km) from the flat. Pazin, famous for its mediaeval castle and the breathtaking Pazin Cave, is 45 minutes away by car (50 km). The elegant coastal town of Opatija, known for its beautiful promenade and magnificent villas, is a 1-hour drive (52 km) from our accommodation.
