« This is definitely a budget hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the manager/owner very friendly and the air conditioning was reliable and very helpful for hot summer days. Breakfast available every morning and laundry on site made it very easy to travel with a family. However, it is quite an old property, old carpets, etc. and the swimming pool area is very old and outdated. »

« This is an older motel that has been refurbished. The main areas looked nice and were clean. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom vent fan. Big dust bunnies in the light cover of the fan. Bathroom was clean. The bed was a nice foam mattress and comfortable for me. Very basic accommodations in my room. « My mom and I booked this hotel for the Men’s College World Series last minute. I love how they had a free airport shuttle so we didn’t need to pay for an uber or Lyft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. It was a short ride from the hotel to the stadium. « Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. « We stayed during the 2026 NCAA College World Series opening weekend. Despite being fully booked, the facility was clean, the free breakfast was sufficient, and the staff very helpful. We'd stay there again. »

« It seemed to be an older facility-well managed and still clean but in need of some loving re-investment . Apparently, the breakfast area has no kitchen facilities to heat up some scrambled eggs but there were hard boiled eggs and equipment to make oneself hot pancakes. Overall, I would still say it is a good value for the money. »
