« The house was great, we had 3 families stay there and there was something that everyone enjoyed. There was plenty of seating in the kitchen, living room and sun room to accommodate the large group we had. The weather unfortunately was cold and we couldn’t use the pool for the first half but we were able to use the hot tub and game room which had a pool table to keep everyone entertained. « Cute property on an exclusive road. Able to dock my 21' foot boat for the entire week. Tom, the owner next door, is a genuinely nice guy and does a great job. We enjoyed cornhole, darts, kayaking and a campfire too. Just a great experience all around...5-stars! »

« We chose Lily Pad cottage as our base for the eclipse weekend. It had everything we needed plus some. Had it been warmer, I’m sure we would have enjoyed kayaking on Little York Lake with the kayaks provided. All in all, 10 out of 10! »

There were 11 of us total and the house provided LOTS of room and choices for sleeping accommodations! Its a HUGE place with lots of room and easy access to Owasco Lake (right across street) or a short drive to Skaneateles! Its a fun property! »
