« Great location for visiting areas outside of LA. The house was comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. The area felt very safe and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings.
Host was accommodating and replied quickly to messages.
There is nothing fancy about this home. It's a pretty bare-bones place to sleep and maybe cook a simple meal.
Some outdoor seating would be a nice addition to enjoy the So Cal weather.
However, the house served our needs well for a place for 8...

« The home was in a quiet and save area. Everything needed was available. The television did not have many offerings, but that didn't really matter to us. Checking inwas easy and host kept in touch, although we really didn'tneed assistance with anything.Enjoyed our stay and would recommend. »

« The property is beautifulI would highly suggest more furniture in the front room. One couch in NOT enough for even 2 people to sit comfortably to watch TV.I would put a couple comfy chairs/ecliner . It plenty big enough! »

« This is the first place in a while that had bedstands on both sides of the bed...a big plus that you don't know you miss until they aren't there. The Gree mini-splits worked both for heating and cooling during our stay. There is a remote in the bedroom zone and the main area zone.Bathroom has nice large shower- with rain-tye shower head and a handheld. 2 shelves held all of our toiletries. The gate (which must be opened and closed manually- very easy) is on the Arcadia Ave side of the corner...
