Inside every Dwelling, you will find a great balance of modern designs, classic touches, and technology features. 800 square feet with 1 bedroom home with vaulted ceiling and a bunk loft for extra guests. The great room features 12' vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, double glass doors, contemporary finishes, and a bright warm feeling throughout. This dwelling is also pet-friendly with a limit of 2 pets.


We have excellent wifi with speeds up to 200Mbps per unit.

We do our best to provide many amenities during your stay with us including 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, and the items below. We recommend you bring beach towels for the river or nearby lakes, specialty cooking items or small grills, spices for cooking, and extra paper products.

There is a $50 pet fee and a minimum $250 fine if a undisclosed dog is found. Pets must be disclosed during booking or at check-in

There is now on-site staff in the office that also has a convenience store and women's boutique from the hours of 8AM to 7 PM. If you need anything during your stay after closing you can reach staff at our direct line.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after this time will forfeit 50% deposit.
