« The reception staff were really amazing, we were stranded late at night with no accommodation as our other holiday was cancelled, with one phone call we were given a room, the hotel was clean and everyone made us feel welcome. Thank you so much we appreciate you going above and beyond to make are stay pleasurable under the circumstances. Mrs J Oakley-Dibble »
