The property can also be reached by car; however, parking in the area is not guaranteed and is often limited, especially during the high season.

There are street parking spaces nearby, both in the white lines (free) and in the blue lines (paid), while the yellow lines are reserved for residents. Availability may vary depending on the season and time of day.

Alternatively, the most convenient option is to arrive at La Spezia Central Station and reach the property on foot (about 20 minutes), or by taxi or bus. The property is also located directly in front of a bus stop.

By law, you are required to complete an online guest registration form before arrival. The form takes about 10 minutes to complete and must be completed by all travelers.

For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

La Spezia falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the

Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in

winter , so heating systems may be turned on for a

maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th. During

this period, a fee of Euro10/day will be applied to

compensate for heating costs for reservations lasting more than 15 days.

Security deposit: A security deposit of Euro100.00 is required to book the property. This amount will be refunded within 2 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and provided no damage or issues are found.
