Welcome to our apartment, recently renovated and carefully furnished to offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay. Its location is ideal for visiting the stunning Cinque Terre: La Spezia Central Station—where trains depart for all the villages—is just a pleasant 15-minute walk away.

!!Please note that the apartment is not equipped with air conditioning!!

The apartment consists of a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a spacious shower enclosure.

We recommend walking to the property from La Spezia Central Station, which is about 15 minutes away.

!!IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING!!

By law, you are required to complete an online guest registration form prior to arrival. The form takes approximately 10 minutes to fill out and must be completed by all travelers.

For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our support service operates between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Do not call the booking platform's phone number; for any urgent matters or inquiries, please use only the messaging system on the platform where you made your booking.

La Spezia falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the Italian climate classification system, the city experiences a moderately cold winter climate; consequently, heating systems may be operated for a maximum of 12 hours per day between November 1st and April 15th. Therefore, for bookings exceeding 15 days, a surcharge of EURO10 per day will be applied to cover heating costs during this period.

Security deposit: A security deposit of Euro100.00 is required to book the property. This amount will be refunded within 2 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and provided no damage or issues are found.
