Casa de Campo Golf View Villa

Overlooking the Links golf course in Casa de Campo, this villa sits among palms and trees: a place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy Casa de Campo at its best.

Beneath exposed wood beams, the living and dining areas open through glass doors onto a private terrace with sofas and outdoor dining, facing the gardens and the course.

Three en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout. Daily housekeeping included. The beach, marina and Altos de Chavón are minutes away.

There is no private pool. A shared pool is a two-minute walk away.

THE SPACE

The living area is one open space: two sitting areas, one with a TV and a Bose sound system, and a dining table that opens onto the terrace. A second, round table sits beside the kitchen.

The private terrace has an outdoor lounge and a table for four, facing the Links golf course.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, air conditioning and a TV.

Housekeeping is included, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The housekeeper can prepare a simple breakfast on request during your stay; guests provide food and beverages. Gratuities are not included and are appreciated at the end of your stay.

RESORT FEE

Casa de Campo charges a daily resort fee for access to its facilities. It is separate from this booking and is paid at the resort on arrival.

Open-air parking is a few steps from the villa.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Airport transfers: a driver meets you outside arrivals with a sign bearing your name. From Punta Cana (PUJ), US$120 per way for two to six passengers, paid in cash to the driver. Transfers from Santo Domingo (SDQ) are also available.

Golf carts: four- and six-passenger carts can be arranged for your stay.

Grocery pre-stocking: the kitchen can be stocked before you arrive. US$50 service fee plus the supermarket receipt, paid in cash on arrival.

Private chef: lunch and dinner at the villa, from US$130 per day depending on the number of guests and meals. Paid in cash to the chef at the end of service. Guests provide the groceries.

All services are arranged after your booking is confirmed.
