The fully equipped kitchen has slab granite countertops, gas range, and a spacious island with seating for 3. It opens to the kitchen dining area with seating for 4. The formal dining area has seating for 6. The billiards room has a pool table, gas fireplace and a swanky library aesthetic.

The spacious Master Suite has beautiful pool and golf course views. It also has a King bed, TV, and private doors to the yard. It connects to the en suite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub and large shower with bench seating.
