The Space:
Enjoy some of the best views not only at the Legacy Villas Community, but in all of La Quinta! Located right next to a large grassy lawn overlooking extraordinary mountain views!

This downstairs lock off studio includes a spacious bedroom with a King size bed, cozy fireplace, Desk and flatscreen TV with cable and streaming capabilities. The Master Bathroom has a walk in shower and a large soaking tub. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and your choice of a Keurig coffee maker or standard drip coffee maker. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes and flatware to make your stay comfortable. Open the back patio doors to unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and enjoy the peaceful sound of a nearby fountain. Enjoy the tranquility and spectacular views that set this Villa apart from all of the rest!

My husband and I had a picture perfect stay at Legacy Villas. It was close by our venue and had everything we needed for a really wonderful experience. We look forward to returning and hopefully getting the same suite. Very picturesque setting up against the stony Mountains was really breathtaking.

Good communication and fast responses from the hosts. The space has a great patio and a spectacular view. The complex is lovely and has every amenity. My only complaint is that there’s no way to get fresh air into the room except to open the doors and the a/c unit is very noisy.

The picture of the view is spot on. I took the same photo daily while enjoying my coffee from the porch. The grounds are wonderfully taken care of and there are plenty of pools to choose from. The management is very responsive. The only thing that wasn't ideal was parking on the weekend as parking stalls fill up quickly.

We always enjoy our stay at Legacy and looked specifically for one with a view this time. View did not disappoint. The only negative thing about this studio is the lack of natural light. That is really no one's fault.

The room is due for a refresh. The bedding had an odor, and our request for replacement was honored, but it too was less than great. We've stayed in double rooms at this site many times which we found to be very spacious. This seemed small. The room is dimly lit. The TV is small and on the faint side. The patio furniture was very dusty.The location and patio view are great. It is a super little village to stay in.

The resort was amazing. The room, not so much. Hard to find in the complex, parking was very limited and not close to the room. The room was dark, not well lit. The blinds were broken so we were unable to let more light in. Not enough towels, no lotion. The bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful, but the room was definitely lacking.

Amazing views and beautiful community

Enjoyed this unit in La Quinta but especially loved the views from the patio and the facility. My only comment on the downside is that the unit is seeing some minor wear and tear but overall we had a great stay and we were pleasantly surprised by the community, restaurant, pool areas and walking paths. Property management was great too. Had an issue with the TV and someone was at our door a few minutes later. Thank you!

Great villa!

The villa and property was clean and well kept! Communication with the hosts was incredibly quick and they were ready to remedy any issues we had! The pool nearest to this unit was often dirty, but otherwise, fantastic stay - would gladly come again!

The unit we stayed in was perfect for my husband and I. The setting was lovely with a terrific view of the mountains. Legacy Villas offers many amenities to take advantage of. Communication with the property manager was easy and clear! We will definitely stay here again.

A Christmas getaway to remember

This was an amazing trip for my daughter and I to get away and enjoy some Christmas sunshine. The property is so beautiful! Serene, relaxing and felt very safe which was super important since it was just the two of us. We spent most of our time simply lounging by the many pools, working out in the nice gym, walking the grounds, enjoying the hot tubs and relaxing in our room at night. This unit was especially nice being able to open our french doors and sit outside taking in the amazing view. It was a very bright and inviting space, perfect for the two of us. The location in general was very convenient being about 8-10 minutes to everything we needed, all the restaurants, shopping, food stores, downtown and hikes. We will definitely be staying at the villas again in the future and will check to see if this unit is available first :)
