The Space:
This large 1 bedroom, full 2 bathroom luxury Spa Villa is located on the La Quinta Resort & Club grounds and has unobstructed breathtaking mountain views from both private 2nd story balconies. This is a detached villa where you occupy the entire building with no attached neighbors! This location is one of the best in La Quinta Resort! It is close to all the amenities and is an end villa with jaw-dropping mountain and resort views from every angle! Plenty of parking spaces for you to come and go as you please!

The main living space has a sleeper sofa to sleep additional guests as well as a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and appliances for a comfortable weekend getaway or extended stay. There are two full bathrooms, one accessible from the main bedroom and one accessible from the living area. The spacious private balcony overlooks the panoramic mountains and is located directly across the street from the La Quinta Spa and tennis courts, available to guests for a fee. The primary suite has a comfortable king size bed with another private patio. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower and large soaking tub. This property also comes with free access to a private washer/dryer located on the ground floor, perfect for extended stays!

This Villa is located in a prime location on the La Quinta Resort grounds, just steps to the resort's restaurants, shops, main lobby, and conference center. The Pete Dye Golf Clubhouse is a half mile away with access to 2 public PGA courses- Pete Dye Mountain and Pete Dye Dunes.

This is a privately owned villa and is not associated with La Quinta Resort. Guests will not have access to La Quinta Resort Amenities including the fitness center, main pool or maid service. Laundry service and cleaning is available upon request by management. Guests are still welcome to book a service at the famous La Quinta Spa (located across the street), book a tennis lesson with a pro, and use the Spa Villas swimming pools and hot tubs just steps away.
