    Cette retraite incroyable a une arrière-cour exceptionnelle orientée ouest avec une grande piscine tech en cailloux, une cascade, un spa et un foyer. Une fois à l'intérieur de cette maison, vous apprécierez les murs de verre tout en balayant les vues depuis l'un des plans d'étages ouverts les plus populaires proposés par PGA West! Cette retraite magnifique de 2611 pieds carrés dans le désert dispose de 3 chambres à coucher et de 3. 5 salles de bains avec une grande salle, un bar avec évier, et une séparation de chambre formidable, y compris une invitée spacieuse spacieuse, Casita. Idéal pour les couples ou ceux qui aiment la vie privée!

    La Casita comprend un lit king-size, un canapé-lit queen-size confortable, une kitchenette, un dressing et des portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur la cour. Le Maître a un lit King, une baignoire, deux lavabos séparés et une coiffeuse, une grande douche à l'italienne et un dressing. La troisième chambre a un lit queen avec une grande douche de baignoire et un évier spacieux.

    Toutes les chambres disposent de draps, oreillers, édredons et matelas extrêmement confortables, ainsi que de papier toilette et d’articles de toilette.

    La cuisine comporte un grand îlot de cuisson, entièrement approvisionné en ustensiles de cuisine, mixeur, cafetière, moulin à café, presse-agrumes, grille-pain, mixeur, bouilloire à thé, couteaux henckel, appareils en acier inoxydable, plans de travail en granit, etc. Toujours approvisionné en assiettes en papier, serviettes de table, fourchettes en plastique, gobelets solo rouges, serviettes en papier et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner et recevoir! Y compris les huiles et beaucoup d'épices! Parfait pour le cuisinier gastronomique!

    Il y a 4 écrans plats - 2 téléviseurs intelligents Samsung 55 "situés dans les pièces principales et principales, un plasma Panasonic de 50" dans la Casita et un plasma de 36 "dans la chambre, avec spectre / TWC avec DVR et 300 gammes de canaux plus HBO. Le salon dispose d'un récepteur / ampli Sony - comprenant Airplay, AM / FM, son surround pour télévision par câble ou lecteur DVD, haut-parleurs intérieurs et extérieurs de haute qualité, WIFI complet pour toute la maison.

    Il y a des serviettes de plage, un coffre à glace, des cannes à pêche pour la pêche en lac et deux vélos pour adultes. Jeux de société que nous connaissons et aimons tous. Collection de DVD pour la famille. L'ameublement extérieur comprend une table à manger pour 6 personnes, une table et des chaises pour 4 personnes, des chaises longues pour 2 personnes, des radeaux de piscine pour 6 personnes, 2 parasols, un set de badminton (également utilisé dans la piscine pour jouer au volley-ball) et un banc bord de notre propriété pour regarder les golfeurs et siroter un café ou un cocktail! Le gril à gaz se raccorde à la conduite de gaz principale, aucun réservoir de propane n'est nécessaire.

    Cette maison a de nouveaux meubles partout et certaines photos ne reflètent pas toutes les mises à jour que nous avons apportées à cette maison de vacances incroyable.

Amazing property. Amazing views. Home was very well appointed. Kitchen had everything you could think of by way of appliances for those that like to cook/grill at home while on vacation. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, soft sheets and quality towels. Sherri really has thought through all the details which truly made for a 5 star experience.

A pride of ownership home, in a beautiful location, with an attentive owner who has thoughtfully stocked the home with everything you’ll need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The home was as described - clean, well maintained, and the beds were so comfy! The few questions we had were answered immediately by the owner, Sherri, via text; she clearly wants to ensure you have a successful stay. Great layout with privacy for all ensuite bedrooms. Our family had a wonderful visit and we cannot wait to return!

Fourth of July Family Fun

Thank you, Sherri, for sharing your beautiful home. The 2-bedroom with casita was absolutely perfect for our family. We have stayed at many places in PGA West and this was our favorite spot to stay. Sherri goes above and beyond to make sure guests have whatever they need at the house. Everything is super organized, clean and fully stocked. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful home once again, and can't wait to return! Pride of ownership and attention to detail are evidenced by quality furnishings throughout, kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need, and extra touches everywhere to ensure a 5-star stay. No scrimping here, Sherri has thoughtfully provided all you need. She is delightful; her great communication makes it a smooth and relaxing stay. The home is clean, well maintained, and what a gorgeous setting. Plenty of room, plus super comfy beds. Our family thoroughly enjoys staying here!

Golf Vacation

Property was exactly what was expected from the listing. The house is extremely well stocked and very clean with a lot of attention to detail. The outside living space and view of the golf course and mountains was outstanding. The owner was readily available and checked in with us periodically even when we got back home. We could not have asked for a better vacation.

Memorial Day Get Away

We have stayed at this property before. We absolutely love it! The owner takes great pride in the home. Our adult children love to cook and the kitchen is stocked with everything one would ever need. We had our two-month old grand-daughter with us and the property owner even had a couple of things for us to use so we didn't need to rent anything. The neighborhood is pristine and while it is not in Palm Springs, La Quinta is a wonderful area with so many restaurants, shops, and stores to offer. We always look forward to staying here!

Fantastic two week vacation

The owner was on point on every aspect of our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and super clean. The owner thought of everything from top of the line bedding and towels, excellent kitchen utensils and appliances, pool toys, beach towels and sun screen! The gated community is exceptional and La Quinta is a nice up scale community. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and kept in touch with us to make sure all was good with our stay. We have never had such great contact with the home owner. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home in La Quinta!

Wonderful!

This is definitely one of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed in. Sherri and Ted have given much attention to every detail. The home is immaculate and well cared for. Beds are VERY comfortable and bathrooms have robes and a basket of supplies in case you forget something from home. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance and gadget imaginable. Pool and spa are lovely and there are plenty of lounge chairs, towels, umbrellas, and pool toys. Sherri, the host, was wonderful and answered our questions via text within minutes. We had a great week here!

Awesome home

We have rented many VRBO properties over the years and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed at! The home was super clean, updated and nicely furnished. Beds very comfortable. Sherri had it very well stocked with supplies and everything we needed including nice appliances cookware. We didn’t have to buy any supplies. Awesome views and the pool and hot tub were great. Nice and quiet gated community, which was great for walking. Sherri was very accommodating and quickly available to answer questions about her home. We would definitely rent it again.

Quiet luxurious property with private pool

Our family of four rented this beautiful home for 6 nights. The house had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely appointed. We had plenty of space and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up the sun. The house was also in a quiet gated neighborhood so it was tranquil and relaxing. The only downside is that it was about a 30 minute drive to Palm Desert and a 45 minute drive to Palm Springs. So a bit remote depending on where you wanted to go. Otherwise everything was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house

This is our second stay at this home and we will definitely return! All the beds are very comfortable, good pillows and sheets, nice towels. Hairdryers, bath gel, soap in every bathroom. Travel size shampoos also. Kitchen is well stocked with baggies, foil, olive oil, coffee maker, grinder, filters. Beach towels, games and books available. Sherri has the place meticulously organized and very well stocked with almost anything you may need. Back patio and pool are wonderful! There are wonderful pool floats avaiu. There is even a rolling umbrella which comes in handy for the late afternoon sun.

Beautiful Home!

Wow, this home was gorgeous! The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities you might need for cooking such as spices and oils. Additionally, it was stocked with coffees, paper goods, foil, Ziplocs, etc. Each bathroom also had items which may have been overlooked when packing like sunscreen and lotion. The backyard is beautiful, and the pool was wonderful! We appreciated the floaties we were allowed to use. It is VERY well maintained! Instructions are clear and concise! Sherri was a magnificent host and was available 24/7 to answer any questions. She truly has an eye for detail! We will definitely rent this home again when visiting La Quinta!

Amazing Vacation

What a beautiful home. We have been renting houses for several years and have never stayed in the same one more than once… until now. This home is perfect! It is so well appointed and cared for that you only need to bring you and your clothes. The owners keep their home immaculate and inviting. In the mornings we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit with our coffee watching the sun rise over the mountains and golf course. The paragliders and hot hair balloons made it even more majestic. During the day we golfed, explored new restaurants, hiked in the desert, biked, or just spent a relaxing evening grilling poolside and watching the sun set. In the evenings we played games, read a good book, or watched TV on the big screen. Sherri is so quick to respond to any of our needs and is always very concerned that our stay is perfect. It WAS Sherri! Thank you and your family for sharing your amazing home.

If you're PGA West bound, this is exactly what you're looking for. Clean, comfortable, beautiful and a smooth booking process w/ Sherri ensuring your vacation is good to go, nothing to worry about! Some of the many great details: - Smooth booking and Sherri is readily available for any questions about anything. - Easy check in/out at the home, no rental agency stop. - Perfectly clean. - Beds and sheets are comfortable, various pillow shapes, sizes, thickness, etc... to choose from. - Its stocked just like home, EVERYTHING is there. Kitchen, paper products, games, pool towels & toys, bikes, bathroom products, etc... If you forget it, not to worry, it's likely there. - Everything works as it should, no degree needed to operate TVs, AC/heat or pool/spa. Simple instructions, no frustrations. - Furniture is comfortable and clean in/out. Huge couches are perfect for afternoon naps. - Quiet & beautiful location, million dollar views while you enjoy a wonderful pool with plenty of sun or shade. You won't even hear or notice golfers coming by unless you watch for them. Our stay was perfect, we really enjoyed ourselves and looking to book our next trip out there again! We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived!

This PGA West rental is spectacular and everything about this home exceeded our expectations. The views are stunning. The pictures do not give justice to how amazing the view is in real time. First and foremost, the communication with the owner, Sherri, was exceptional. Sherri treated us as if we were family and her hospitality is unparalleled to none. Upon entering the property, we were impressed by its immaculate cleanliness. It was evident that a great deal of effort is put forth into maintaining a pristine environment. The house itself is beautifully appointed, with a comfortable and stylish interior. The furnishings are of high quality, and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every room has its own unique charm. The beds are so incredibly comfortable and have quality linens. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances - better than my own home! As for the pool & jacuzzi – well what can I say? The water temperature was perfect. The two cascading waterfalls made for an amazing tranquil setting. The outdoor deck is quiet and very private. The mindfulness and the thoughtful gestures and amenities made our experience truly unforgettable. From the abundance of towels and toiletries available, we felt like every detail had been carefully considered. It is these acts that truly set this VRBO apart from others. The owner provided everything we could require and more! I cannot wait to book another trip. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
