The romantic studio with a European flair is fully equipped to exceed your expectations! King canopy bed with soft 100% cotton bedding and hotel grade mattress. Armchair with ottoman to provide a comfy spot to read, relax and soak in the stunning Mountain Views. Enjoy the 1 touch gas fireplace for cozy winter nights. The 50` smart TV with cable and Netflix + strong WIFI will be sure to keep you entertained. Need to work, want to play one of our provided board games or simply eat in?! You`ll have a table and chairs to do just that.

The studio also has a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker AND Keurig (with pods provided), electric kettle, blender, sandwich maker, mini fridge, dishes and glassware, knives, cutting board and some spices. Ideal to prepare some basic meals, however, this is not a full kitchen and there is no oven or cooktop.

The oversized bathroom has a spa feel with a large soaking tub + and big walk-in shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and most basic toiletries in case you forgot something. Also provided is a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron.

Ready to head outside? The studio is directly adjacent to one of the nicest pools at Legacy with a bathroom and outdoor shower and we got you covered with pool towels, floaties and pool toys. Or you can just enjoy the stunning views and al fresco meals from your private patio.

Added bonuses this studio provides: a welcome basket of goodies for the weary traveler, a closet and dresser for ample storage, an iron/ironing board, coolers, a selection of books and games + food/water bowls for your furry friend should you decide to bring them (1 dog max up to 50 pounds allowed for a $30 + tax nightly fee.)

Self check in and check out. We live 2 hours away, but have a local contact for any emergencies and can otherwise be available via text or phone as needed.

Legacy Villas has 12 heated saltwater pools, 11 spas, stunning grounds with fountains and palm trees on every corner, a walking trail that surrounds the complex, outdoor fireplaces, a hammock garden, club house, gym and onsite, seasonal restaurant, the Legacy Grill. With dozens of world class golf courses right down the street, La Quinta is a prime spot for golfers and home to the American Express Golf Tournament. In March, it is also a top destination for tennis fans visiting the BNP Paribas in Indian Wells and during the month of April, it`s festival season, attracting hundreds of thousands of music lovers attending Coachella and Stagecoach. And you are only a 30 minute drive from Palm Springs with its vibrant nightlife, shopping, museums and aerial tram and only 1 hour drive from Joshua Tree which makes for a perfect day trip.

To get around La Quinta, the Coachella Valley and Palm Springs, we highly recommend a car, although bikes and golf cart rentals are also available locally and there is always Uber...
Quiet time from 10pm-7am. Maximum 2 daytime visitors allowed. Maximum occupancy 2 guests, including children/infants, no exceptions. 1 car allowed that is to be parked curbside or in any unassigned parking spots within the community. Additional car/s based on availability - must otherwise be parked off-site. Absolutely no smoking or parties allowed. Every guest must provide names of all overnight and daytime guests, cell# and car details prior to arrival to be granted gate access.
**** 1 dog up to 50lb. max allowed FREE OF CHARGE. Dog must be house broken, current on vaccinations AND MUST BE FLEA TREATED AT LEAST 7 days prior to arrival. Dog must be crated and never left for more than 1 hour at the house alone! Dog is not to be allowed on beds! Crate can be provided upon request.
