Villa Legacy une chambre Hideaway

  • Êtes-vous prêt pour des vacances? Vous ne trouverez pas de meilleur endroit pour profiter de quelques jours ou quelques semaines de journées chaudes dans le désert et de nuits fraîches dans le désert. Avec un vaste espace de vie intérieur et extérieur, le condo a beaucoup de place pour une variété de voyageurs. Une cuisine complète, un salon, une table à manger avec des sièges pour six personnes et une literie pour quatre personnes offrent tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rester confortable. La chambre dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un grand espace de rangement. La salle de bain a une douche et une baignoire séparées, un rangement pour le linge et un miroir de courtoisie. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon et un lave-linge séchant superposé. Un garage individuel détaché est disponible pour une utilisation juste en face du condo. L'unité peut être combinée avec LV002 (studio en bas isolé près du Clubhouse) pour créer une unité de 2 chambres avec deux suites parentales (sous réserve de disponibilité)

    La propriété est située à Legacy Villas à La Quinta. Profitez de 12 piscines et spas d'eau salée, d'un centre de remise en forme et d'un club-house communautaire et d'un barbecue et d'une sécurité fermée 24h / 24. À distance de marche de La Quinta Resort et à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de la vieille ville de La Quinta, du couloir commercial de l'autoroute 111 et des jardins d'El Paseo; arriver à tout rapidement.

    La Quinta abrite plus de 30 terrains de golf publics et privés. Le Humana Challenge du PGA Tour est organisé dans plusieurs des cours de la ville en janvier. Le tournoi de tennis BNP Paribas est organisé au Indian Wells Tennis Garden chaque mois de mars; à seulement dix minutes en voiture du condo. GREAT location, terrific owners

This is a perfect location for accessing golf, tennis tournament, pools, lovely shops and restaurants. Owners are incredibly responsive, and provide a wonderful experience in the development. Have been here twice and will definitely return!

Beautiful stay

My husband and I traveled to Legacy Villas, La Quinta for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

Desert Get Away

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this wonderful condo in La Quinta. We love Legacy Villas. The location is convenient, the grounds are beautiful and there are so many pools and hot tubs to choose from you can often find one all to yourself. The checkin/out process was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in La Quinta

We came for a working weekend for my husband. The grounds of this property are absolutely beautiful! Lots of walking paths and pools. The unit itself was great! Very clean and we were comfortable in the space. Easy check in and out with the virtual assistant screen as you walk in. We would definitely rent this place again!

Beautiful property, good pools, adequately supplied unit (kitchenware, linens). The bed is fine. The couch is old and uncomfortable. The one electric and reclining easy chair is non-functional, as the electricity to it has been cut. It is a hard and uncomfortable sit.

Home was location was great. Furniture and amenities were bare bones. Bed is squeaky and uncomfortable. Just little things that made it seem cheap.....tissue box was on last few tissues. Two of of stayed and needed to do laundry in order to have enough towels for 4 nights. No throws or extra blankets. Plastic wine glasses for our evening wine. The HVAC was extremely loud. I have rented a ton of places, and just a few small extras can make a stay feel so much better.

Vacation Rental

The villa is pretty basic compared to others we’ve stayed in at Legacy. That was ok with us but there is a shortage of teaspoons and tablespoons - only three of each and very limited real glass glasses. Refrigerator light is burnt out and living room side table lamp plug nearest patio door does not work. We enjoyed our time but more picky guests may have issues with it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay this year. we have stayed in this unit 3 years now. a couple comments, 1.very disappointed there is no grill now this may be a deal breaker for our return next year. ice maker in the new refrigerator seems kind of cheap. 3.the couch is very tired. 4. the coffee pot leaks when pouring a cup noticed this last year

The parking situation was a serious problem. The garage opening was dangerously small, and the scuffs and dings on the walls surrounding it were a testament to how small. Once inside the garage there is a large qty of framed art on the floor which you have to navigate parking thru and walking thru after exiting the vehicle .

Great relaxing condo

Wife and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time staying in this condo community. There are many, many salt water pools to enjoy. Everyone we spoke to on the property was very friendly. The kitchen was stocked same as our home and actually this place felt just like our home. I’d highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting La Quinta. Thanks for a great stay!!

Gorgeous grounds

There was an issue with the property that was totally out of the property managers’ control but they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Everything worked out ok. Location is terrific and grounds are gorgeous.

Was a 5 Star Rating-Until the Last 2 Days

So let's get to why this is a 3 star rating and it occured 2 days from checking out of a 2 week stay. The Gas Company that provides natural gas to the unit cut off service to the unit. And this was a Friday!!! Isn't there a guest Statute in the State of California that prevents this??? Anyways, this meant Lukewarm shower on Saturday and no shower for me on Sunday. Wasn't going to take a cold shower. No stove top heat to warm up food for meals, which wrecked our plans for dinner on Saturday. Went out to dinner and tossed out what we had planned for that night. The Mgt Service said that they couldn't get a service guy out from the Gas Co because it was a weekend. I did get one day's refund for this omission, but I feel that I should have gotten 2 since we were stuck with this situation for 2 days. I asked the woman at the Management Co to have one of her bosses to contact me about this. Did not get my request to be contacted returned. I guess that Management thought that the problem would go away. This is how you go from a 5 star rating to a 3. Very disappointing... Not on the property and Condo itself; Just those that manage the property.
