Welcome to Signature at PGA WEST, a beautiful golf resort community in La Quinta. "Casa Blanca Villa" offers spacious accommodations with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing getaway. You'll have plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the outdoors on our lovely patio. Our location is convenient to the pool and jacuzzi, public and private clubhouses, and resort restaurants. We're just a 12-minute drive from the Coachella Music Festival and La Quinta Village.

NOTE: The opportunity to rent multiple homes next door to each other is available. We have two other 3 bedrooms right next door to this villa. Please inquire about larger groups. If this home isn't available for your dates, message me about the others, and I can send you the info for viewing.

Three public and three private pro golf courses surround this beautiful retreat. It offers easy access to numerous popular attractions such as Joshua Tree National Park, Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Palm Springs Tram Way, and Palm Springs Air Museum. In addition, you can enjoy the Sunday art show/farmers market in Old Town La Quinta. The property boasts on-site amenities such as a gym and a large community pool/hot tub, where you can unwind and relax. You can take in breathtaking mountains and sunsets from the front yard. When it comes to dining, you can explore the charming Old Town La Quinta or indulge in the celebrated cuisine of Palm Springs.

The Space
This gorgeous 2-story, 3BD/2 BA vacation home is designed to make you feel even cozier than in your place. With everything brand new and the decor and various spaces thoughtfully arranged, it feels like a comfortable home.

The downstairs boasts a bright & open living room, dining room, and chef-inspired kitchen. The primary bedroom & ensuite bathroom are both downstairs, along with a secondary bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a large third bedroom that is entirely private. There is plenty of room to relax and unwind, and you will not feel cramped.

A sliding glass door leads to a beautiful seating and dining area, a natural gas BBQ grill, and a small putting green area for a bit of golf. This area is enclosed and has a pedestrian gate that allows easy access to make your way to the community pool & hot tub, which is directly across the street and a short 2-minute walk from the home.

Master Bedroom:
Indulge in a lavish retreat with an exquisite king-sized mattress, 55-inch Samsung smart TV, blackout roller shades, a roomy en-suite bathroom featuring dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in shower. A spacious walk-in closet awaits, complete with his and her bath robes and handy suitcase rack. All amenities are fresh and crafted to provide the ultimate comfort and luxury.

Bedroom 2:
This cozy room boasts a luxurious queen-size bed, a roomy closet, "his and her" bathrobes, a handy luggage stand, blackout roller shades, and a bathroom with a shower/bath combination nearby. Every item in the room is fresh and fashioned with influence from La Quinta Village.

The 65" Samsung Smart TV with high-speed internet offers the latest entertainment, while the large sectional sofa provides the ultimate comfort for game day or family movie night. The cabinets are stocked with board games and puzzles for extra fun. You can customize the ambiance with dimmable recessed lighting. Gather your loved ones around the modern dining table that comfortably seats up to 6 people with additional bar stools at the counter.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped, high-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Fridge granite countertops, 3 bar stools, large pantry, pots, pans, bar necessities, Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, Nutri bullet blender, and more! Starter supply of essentials such as coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, S&P, and more! Steps away is the laundry area.

The laundry room has all the necessary starter items and a high-capacity washer and dryer.

This property boasts a 2-car private garage with an EV charger for your convenience.

Steps away from the front door is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, spa, outdoor living/BBQ kitchen area, community indoor Gym Fitness center, Bocce ball, and Shuffleboard.

Community Access:
Signature at PGA WEST is a guard-gated community, and you will be provided access for your stay.

Neighborhood:
Signature at PGA WEST was designed with vacation homes in mind—one of the only communities with full guest access to the clubhouse.

-100% quiet hours outside from 10 pm-10 am

Guest access
The entire property is exclusively yours to use. Treat it as you would your own home. You can access the community pool, clubhouse, BBQ, and gym. You can also access the public clubhouse and restaurant on the golf course. If you have a Golf Club membership, you can access the Private Golf Clubhouse and its restaurant.

Other things to note:
Weekly Discount: Rates will automatically decrease by 3% once your requested stay includes a minimum of 7 nights.

Monthly Discount: Rates will automatically decrease by 12% (based on season) once your requested stay includes a minimum of 28 nights.

-Location and things to do:
We are minutes from PGA West with five public courses to choose from, as well as SilverRock Resort, an Arnold Palmer Classic Course, another terrific local option. In January, you can walk to the Stadium course to watch the pros play in The American Express Golf Tournament.

Tennis fans -In March, you'll be minutes away from the 5th largest tennis tournament in the world, the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, which draws the top-rated men and women tennis players in the world. Tennis and pickleball players - the Fritz Burns park is 10 minutes away with 6 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts lit and open from Dawn until 10 pm.

Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals are the main attractions in April, both taking place at the famous Empire Polo Grounds.

The famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas are close by, with excellent dining and shopping options. Ralph’s is the closest supermarket, about 5 minutes away, and Trader Joe's is also nearby. Highway 111 is the home to Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many local favorite restaurants and shopping. Less than 10 minutes from the I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos, Joshua Tree National Park, and other Coachella Valley destinations.

Spectacular

Stayed here with my 16 year old daughter for 6 nights to attend the DIHP Horse Show. SO fabulous to walk into a rental home and be instantly aware the reality of what you stepped into is even better than the photos and description which lured you to book it in the first place. Every part of this gorgeous home is crisp and clean and thoughtfully decorated with attention to both aesthetic and efficiency. Its location right near the entrance gate as well as just a 2 minute walk to the pool and hot tub made for an easy end to our long days. And when I messed up and misplaced the address last minute, Lisa could NOT have been more helpful and responsive. We’ll be back next year for sure. Thank you for a lovely stay! ❀

Great family vacation rental!

The host, Lisa, was wonderful. Her home had all the amenities one could want. We were very impressed with how stocked the kitchen was with everything you need to cook or serve food. The backyard gave us plenty to do with a putting green, a fire pit, a bbq, and lots of lounging areas. We were also mere steps to the pool. Yay! The entire home was clean and cozy, with cute touches like the bathrobes in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!
