The large house is in a beautiful and quiet setting. « This cute little unit was in walking distance of so many restaurants and cafes. We were able to walk over to a cafe in the morning for coffee less than a minute away, or over to a very popular breakfast spot less than 15 minutes away. Everything in downtown Bend was no more than 20 minutes away, and the walk through the park was very nice. »

« We loved the location! Very private, lots of room, lots of bathrooms, lots of seating. Nice bikes for our use. I got slow responses from the owner (possibly property mgr? Based on some auto responses). The hot tub was cold when we arrived for a 2 night stay and no one got back to us about keys and temps till it was too late to enjoy. »

« We enjoyed a family vacation at the Sunriver Luxury Family Home at Caldera Springs. What a wonderful experience. The home was well stocked, clean, even had spices, cooking oil, olive oil and necessities, like soaps, laundry detergent and even large soap dispensers in each shower. I was very impressed as many VBROs are sorely lacking that way. We restocked things as needed and left those things there to pay it forward. « We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. I had a need to contact our host, who took my call and could not have been kinder or more helpful and proactive. The home was immaculate, well stocked with everything, beds were super comfortable and lots of games and towels and things for the kids to do.
