And with the Little Deschutes River flowing in your backyard, you’ll be treated to serene water views and the soothing sound of rushing currents right from your backyard.
The Space:
Step inside and be welcomed by soaring peaked ceilings and the warm, rustic charm of a true log cabin. The spacious living room invites you to relax by a grand floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, framed by tall windows that capture breathtaking views. Sink into the couch or cozy armchairs with a board game and a cup of coffee in hand. The kitchen is equally inviting, with rich wood cabinetry, stone counters, stainless appliances, and both Keurig and drip coffee options at the ready. A large island with seating for four opens seamlessly into the dining area, where an oversized table for eight encourages long meals and great conversation.
Wild turkey, deer, squirrels, chipmunks, beavers, birds of all kinds and more frequently visit. There is no shooting or hunting on the property.
You can drive up river and float home or float down river and get picked up! Family fun at it's best! Tubes are not provided.

Throughout the custom built cabin, you’ll find quiet nooks perfect for reading or sipping a glass of wine, and upstairs, both balconies offer peaceful spots to take in the fresh air and natural beauty. Downstairs, the deck provides outdoor dining for four and a grill for barbecues. Just beyond, a firepit and picnic table sit beside the river—an unforgettable spot for evening s’mores or morning coffee with mountain views. When the sun sets behind the mountains, you'll be treated to star-filled skies unlike anywhere else. Whether you're seeking connection, solitude, or scenic exploration, this cabin is the perfect place to recharge and reconnect with nature.
Ready for time on the river? You can jump in the water right out back and float about 35-45 minutes down river to Leona Park where you can have a parked car to get back.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower.

La Pine, offers many activities for the adventurous, from hiking, biking, fish and hunting to just spending time on the river. Just to the north, Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. Heading south towards and through La Pine, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube. You can head about an hour and a half further south to Crater Lake National Park and Klamath Falls. There all all sorts of adventures to set out on in Central Oregon!
