« The general design of the hotel is original and effective. Bathroom is large and well built, except no mirror in bathroom. Tiny room: only one stool to seat, the small fridge takes the room under the table, no storage. As I was alone, I could make it but with a woman and some more bags it would have been difficult. « We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was modern, malinis, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The poolside area had very relaxing ambiance, a very quiet place perfect for unwinding after a long day. Nag-enjoy ang anak ko sa pool, which made our stay even more memorable. « Renovating in progress interfered with some things, like the bathroom by the pool area not open, and kitchen not having all the menu items for the breakfast meal. No food available after 2:00 pm. Would be nice if the hotel had a full service restaurant serving through the dinner meal hours. Floors in my room looked very dull and needed waxing. Hot water not working properly in the shower. Our bathroom had only 2 bath towels, but no hand towels or washcloths. Our beds had sheets but no...

« We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star. »

« The complimentary breakfast was nice. You have several options. The staff is friendly and everyone says good morning. I love that there is a gate with a security guard. The property is nice and green. Pools are cleaned daily. It has a real resort feel with "white glove" treatment. I will return again!!! »
